Change 4 is a Chinese lunar exploration mission that achieved the first soft landing on the far side of the Moon， on January 3， 2019. Like its predecessors， the mission is named after Change， the Chinese Moon goddess. This mission will attempt to determine the age and composition of an unexplored region of the Moon， as well as develop technologies required for the later stages of the program.

嫦娥四號是中國探月任務(wù)的探測器，于2019年1月3日在月球背面實現(xiàn)了首次軟著陸。像它的前輩一樣，這次任務(wù)是以中國神話中的月宮仙子嫦娥的名字命名的。這次任務(wù)將嘗試確定月球未探測區(qū)域的年齡和組成，并開發(fā)該項目后期所需的技術(shù)。

On January 11， 2019， Beijing officially moved four key municipal organs to Tongzhou District in the east of the capital， the citys subsidiary administrative centre. Beijing is shifting some of its administrative functions out of the city centre into Tongzhou to help address problems including traffic congestion and air pollution. The move is also part of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated development plan.

2019年1月11日，北京正式將四個主要市政機構(gòu)遷至首都東部的通州區(qū)。通州區(qū)是北京市的附屬行政中心。北京將其部分行政職能從市中心轉(zhuǎn)移到通州，以幫助解決交通擁堵和空氣污染等問題。此舉也是京津冀一體化發(fā)展計劃的一部分。

The first Hainan International Film Festival was held from December 9 to 16， 2018 in the city of Sanya of Chinas southernmost island province of Hainan. This film festival has invited kung fu megastar Jackie Chan to be its promotional ambassador， and bringing together nearly 100 domestic and international filmmakers and artists， such as Jim Rygiel， producer of The Lord of The Rings， and Ren Zhonglun， chairman of the Shanghai Film Group， famous actors Johnny Depp， Nicolas Cage， Aamir Khan， as well as Chang Chen， Zhu Yilong， Wang Baoqiang， famous actresses Isabelle Huppert， Maggie Q and so on. The festivals top prize was awarded to Dying to Survive.

第一屆海南國際電影節(jié)于2018年12月9日至16日在中國最南端的海南省的城市三亞舉行。這次電影節(jié)邀請了功夫巨星成龍擔任形象大使，匯集了近百位國內(nèi)外的電影制片人和藝術(shù)家前來，如《指環(huán)王》制片人吉姆·萊吉、上海電影集團董事長任仲倫，著名演員約翰尼·戴普、尼古拉斯·凱奇、阿米爾·汗、張震、朱一龍、王寶強，著名女演員伊莎貝爾·于佩爾、李美琪等。本次電影節(jié)獲年度影片獎項的是《我不是藥神》（Dying to Survive）。
