適逢四九五九，料峭的寒冬已漸漸遠(yuǎn)去。

在這個冰雪消融萬物生長的季節(jié)，中國畫報界在安徽合肥召開了第三屆會員代表大會，投票選舉產(chǎn)生了新一屆協(xié)會理事會，劉建生當(dāng)選中國畫報協(xié)會第三屆理事會會長。作為全國54家會員單位之一，今日重慶雜志社也參加了會議。

In the season with snow melting and plants growing,Chinese Painting Press convened the 3rd Session Members Congress in Hefei, Anhui Province, and voted to elect the new Board of Directors, Comrade Liu Jiansheng was elected as the new Chairman. As the one of 54 member units in the country, Today's Chongqing Magazine also attended the Congress.
