[摘要] 目的 探討靈龜八法開穴針刺聯(lián)合康復治療腦卒中后遺癥患者功能障礙及對預(yù)后的影響。 方法 隨機選取2018年5月～2019年5月我院腦卒中后遺癥患者60例，隨機分為對照組和試驗組，每組30例。對照組采用常規(guī)西醫(yī)內(nèi)科治療，試驗組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上采用靈龜八法開穴針刺治療，統(tǒng)計分析兩組患者的FMA評分、NIHSS評分、MMSE評分、ADL評分、臨床療效、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。 結(jié)果 兩組患者治療后的FMA評分、MMSE評分、ADL評分均顯著高于治療前，NIHSS評分均顯著低于治療前（P<0.05）;治療后試驗組患者的FMA評分、MMSE評分、ADL評分均顯著高于對照組，NIHSS評分顯著低于對照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。試驗組患者治療的總有效率96.7%顯著高于對照組73.3%（P<0.05），不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率3.3%顯著低于對照組23.3%，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 靈龜八法開穴針刺聯(lián)合康復治療腦卒中后遺癥能夠有效改善患者功能障礙及預(yù)后。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Linggui Bafa acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on the dysfunction and prognosis of patients with stroke sequelae. Methods 60 patients with stroke sequelae in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The experimental group was treated with Linggui Bafa acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The FMA score， NIHSS score， MMSE score， ADL score， clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The FMA score， MMSE score and ADL score of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment， and the NIHSS scores were significantly lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）. The FMA score， MMSE score and ADL score of the patients in the experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group， and the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.7%， significantly higher than that（73.3%） in the control group（P<0.05）， and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group（3.3%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（23.3%）. The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The Linggui Bafa acupuncture combined with rehabilitation can effectively improve the dysfunction and prognosis of patients with stroke sequelae.

腦卒中屬于一種腦血管疾病，是一種慢性疾病，中老年人是高發(fā)人群，具有較高的發(fā)病率、致殘率及致死率，對患者的生命健康造成嚴重威脅[1-2]。相關(guān)醫(yī)學研究表明[3-4]，常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療腦卒中患者仍然有多種后遺癥存在，如失語、半身不遂等。西醫(yī)學治療腦卒中后遺癥缺乏理想的效果，藥物具有較大的副作用，治療具有較長的周期，會對患者恢復造成不良影響[5]。要想對腦卒中患者的臨床療效及預(yù)后進行有效改善，關(guān)鍵是要有效治療與控制腦卒中患者后遺癥。本研究探討靈龜八法開穴針刺聯(lián)合康復治療腦卒中后遺癥患者功能障礙及對預(yù)后的影響。
