秀山縣城39公里外，有個(gè)叫“云隘”的村子。一個(gè)還沒有整村脫貧的貧困村。

村民口口相傳，“云隘”的由來，系因這里處于大山深處，因天氣或地理原因，常見云蒸霧罩。再者，現(xiàn)在的村委會(huì)1600多米開外即是一個(gè)叫“分水嶺”的隘口，過了隘口便是貴州。于是，“云隘村”得名。

此說未見于史料。倒是半山腰的一棟老舊木屋和云隘村云隘組的那座祠堂，側(cè)面印證了當(dāng)?shù)厝私蚪驑返赖囊欢瓮隆?/p>

據(jù)說，云隘村曾留下了紅軍的足跡，半山腰上那棟老舊木屋，文史單位在屋外墻上掛了一塊牌子，上有“云隘黔東縱隊(duì)聯(lián)絡(luò)站”字樣。史料載，黔東縱隊(duì)直屬賀龍、夏曦、關(guān)向應(yīng)率領(lǐng)的中國工農(nóng)紅軍第三軍。相傳，賀龍?jiān)诎肷窖哪菞澙吓f木屋，以及山下那座祠堂，都做短暫停留。

這已是80多年前的一段紅色往事。

回歸現(xiàn)實(shí)。2018年11月13日，我們走進(jìn)云隘村時(shí)，之前精準(zhǔn)識(shí)別出的60戶貧困戶，還有5戶未能脫貧。

整整兩天，采訪在村，吃住在村。我們試圖通過一些平平常常的故事，解剖云隘深處的扶貧與脫貧。

Thirty-nine kilometers away from Xiushan county, there is a village called “Yun’ai”. It’s a poor village that has not been lifted out of poverty.

Village residents said the village called “Yun’ai”in part due to clouds and fogs frequently formed here as the village resides deep in the mountain.Climate may also contribute to such phenomenon.Additionally, 1600 meters away from the village committee, a mountain pass called “watershed”can be found and the southwestern part of China Guizhou Province is just ahead of this mountain pass. That's why the village was named “Yun’ai village”.

Yet no historical evidence can verify this. An old log cabin on the mountainside and an ancestral hall in the village confirmed what locals are talking about is true.

It is said that traces of the Red Army can be found in the Yun’ai village. Outside the old log cabin on the mountainside, there is a tablet featured“Yun’ai Qiandong Team Contract Station” hung up by a Literature and History unit. According to the historical evidence, Qiandong Team directly belonged to the third army of the red army of Chinese workers and peasants led by He Long, Xia Xi and Guan Xiangying. It is said that He Long once stayed in that old log cabin on the mountainside and an ancestral hall at the foot of the mountain for a short period of time.

This is what happened 80 years ago.

Now getting back to the reality. When we entered the Yun’ai village on November 13, 2018,we found that among 60 households who were under our poverty alleviation program, 5 households were still living in poverty.

Our team spent two days interviewing and eating in this village. We are trying to give an insight into poverty alleviation program from these ordinary stories.
