位于莫斯科著名的高爾基公園內(nèi)的MSK盒項目已成為城市的地標建筑。

建筑

建筑的外觀由5個主要設(shè)計原則共同定義：通透性、開放性、激活場地、公園整合以及運動靈感。

“裸露”的框架賦予“體育設(shè)施”一種大膽而直白的美感。通透的外觀和開敞式設(shè)計提供了建筑的開放性，并將其與公園綠地相融合。傾斜的“側(cè)翼”激活了整個場地，人們得以使用屋頂區(qū)域，并使建筑物兩側(cè)的功能活動相互區(qū)分。鮮亮的、紅色的場地美化和室內(nèi)設(shè)計為體育活動注入了能量和靈感。

立面采用三維金屬網(wǎng)格作為室內(nèi)空間與公園之間的分隔，便于空氣和光線滲透以及人流穿行。項目“裸露”的結(jié)構(gòu)是極具穿透性的，展現(xiàn)了所有內(nèi)在空間——從街道上可以看到水、暖、電控制室和所有的設(shè)備用房。

除了打造視覺上的穿透性，鏤空框架使樹木能夠在建筑物內(nèi)自由生長，這種手法既對公園的結(jié)構(gòu)進行了整合，又不會對自然造成破壞。在陽光明媚的日子里，建筑的側(cè)翼可以遮陽，縱橫交錯的陰影覆蓋了立面周圍的景觀。

整個建筑被一塊連續(xù)的活動場地所環(huán)繞。覆蓋著紅色橡膠的運動場地串聯(lián)起體育場、樹叢和階梯狀的觀眾席。橡膠延伸到建筑物內(nèi)，在建筑物室內(nèi)、外創(chuàng)造了統(tǒng)一的體驗。

耐克MSK盒的屋頂是另一個值得一提的公共空間。為了將公共活動的空間最大化，屋頂被設(shè)置成可開設(shè)瑜伽課堂、提供公共服務(wù)或舉辦展覽的無障礙空間。

內(nèi)部空間的規(guī)劃和組織

簡單的正方形平面劃分為4個特定部分：入口大廳、多功能廳、更衣室/儲物區(qū)，以及設(shè)備用房。平面布局由兩條相交的走廊構(gòu)成，十字形的自由路徑在視覺上連通了室內(nèi)外，人們可以自由地進出。

Box MSK in Moscow's famous Gorky Park becomes a landmark building of the city.

Architecture

The appearance of the building is defined by its 5 main design principles: transparency, openness,activation of the whole site, integration in the park,and inspiration for sports.

"Naked" framework gives the building its bold, fair aesthetics of "sports infrastructure".Transparent facade and open plan provide openness of the building and integrate it in the park's greenery. Inclined "flaps" activate the whole site,allow people to use the rooftop and differentiate the activities on the sides of the building. Vivid magenta landscape and interiors give energy and inspire for sports achievements.

The facade with its 3-dimensional metal lattice functions as a membrane between interior space and the park, letting inside the air, the light and the people flows. "Naked" structure, of BOX MSK is see-through and transparent and reveals all the processes inside: even the MEP room with all its installations and cores is completely visible from the street.

Besides creating visual transparency, the openwork frame allows the trees to freely grow through the building, which sanctions integration of the structure in the park without harming nature. On sunny days the building's flaps provide sun protection and cover the landscape around the facade with intricate ornamental shadows.

The whole site around the building is a continuous playground. It is covered with magenta red sportive rubber and it incorporates sport fields,trees, and hills of spectator seats. The rubber continues inside the building as well, creating a unified experience both inside and outside the building.

Another important public space, besides the magenta playground landscape, is the rooftop of Nike BOX MSK. In order to maximise the space for public activity, and give back to the park the whole footprint of the building, it was designed as an accessible space where yoga classes, public announcements, exhibitions and parties can take place.

Plan and organisation of the interior space

Simple square plan of the building is divided into 4 clear parts: entrance hall, multi-purpose hall,dressing rooms/closet zone, utility block. The layout is organised by two intersecting corridors, which create a cross-shaped free path, visually connecting the interior with the exterior and allowing people to circulate inside-out freely.

Transformable partition enables to unite the entrance hall and the multi-purpose hall for specific events, while transparent walls of the facade visually unite the interior with the surrounding park. □

評論

胡恒：手法較為老套。透明網(wǎng)格覆蓋建筑主體，暴露管線，植物進入表皮，建筑對廣場全開放，這些手法在30多年前在蓬皮杜中心都用過。這暗示著莫斯科的公共建筑落后巴黎30年？刻薄點說，這個建筑，我沒有感受到它的內(nèi)核，沒有感受到它號稱的“體育設(shè)施的美學(xué)”。它是耐克店或蘋果店，我看沒什么差別。它的每一個面都在試圖告訴大家，“我是公共的，快來使用我吧”。但建筑本身沒有傳遞出任何專屬自己的信息。這不是一個迷人的建筑，但也許放在那里挺合適。我沒去過高爾基公園。它現(xiàn)在可能真的很渴求某種最基本的“公共性”——是因為缺失太久了么？也許吧。

張昕楠：某種程度上建筑空間也可被視為一種收納，一個容納相應(yīng)行為活動和設(shè)施的盒子。MSK盒的設(shè)計直白地回應(yīng)了盒子的定義和功能要求，并通過對立面系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)形式語言的延展，以一種游戲的方式將盒子打開。這樣看似戲謔的操作，實則回應(yīng)了設(shè)施和場地的各種要求，從廣告牌、電子計分板到連接地面和屋頂?shù)钠碌?。稍顯遺憾的是，建筑部分的主體結(jié)構(gòu)語言與立面結(jié)構(gòu)語言的割裂，在形式方面削弱了設(shè)計中盒子的概念，另一方面也混淆了結(jié)構(gòu)的理性。

HU Heng: This is a conventional approach, including a transparent-grid-covered structure, exposed pipelines,plant-involved facades and an open plan, which has been employed on Centre Pompidou over 30 years ago. Does this indicate that the public building in Moscow presents 1980s' Paris? Frankly, I cannot see the core concept of this architecture and its so-called "aesthetics of 'sports infrastructure' ". It could be a Nike or an Apple store – the difference would be very limited because each of its sides attempts to express the idea, "I am a public facility. You are welcome to use me." Nevertheless, the building has never conveyed any information about itself. Although it cannot be considered as charming, it would serve as an appropriate facility in the park. I have never been to Gorky Park, yet I suppose that it desires the most basic concept of"publicness." This, perhaps, is due to the lack of such a sense for too long a time. ZHANG Xinnan: The architectural space can be considered as a type of container that accommodates corresponding activities and facilities. The design of MSK box responds to the definition and the function of box directly. Through extending structure and form language of the fa?ade system, the box is opened in a playful way. The almost bizarre treatment actually fulfills different requirements of the facilities and the site, from billboard and electronic scoreboard to the slope that connects the ground and the roof. However, the structure language in the main body is not consistent with the one in the facade, which weakens its form concept as a box and the structure rationality.(Translated by ZHANG Jingqiu)
