Once there was a boy in an orphanage.He had always wished that he could fly like a bird.It was very difficult for him to understand why he could not fly.

There was another little boy who had a disability.He had always wished that he could walk and run like other little kids.“Why can’t I be like them?” he thought.

One day the boy ran away from the orphanage.He came to a park where he saw the little boy,who could not walk or run,playing on the grass.He ran over to the little boy and asked him if he had ever wanted to fly like a bird.

“No,” said the little boy.“But I have wondered what it would be like to walk and run like other kids.”

The two boys played for hours,having fan together.Then the little boy’s father came with a wheelchair to pick up his son.The boy ran over to the little boy’s father and whispered something into his ear and the little boy’s father nodded.

The boy ran over to his new friend and said,“You are my only friend and I wish I could do something for you.”

The boy turned around and told his new friend to slide up onto his back.He then began to run across the grass.Faster and faster he ran,carring the little crippled boy on his back.Faster and harder he ran across the park.Harder and harder he made his legs travel.Soon the wind just whistled across the two little boys-faces.

The little boy’s father began to cry as he watched his beautiful little son flapping his arms up and down in the wind,all the while shouting at the top of his voice, “I’M FLYING,DADDY.I’M FLYING! ”

從前有個小男孩，他是個孤兒，他總是希望自己能像鳥兒一樣飛翔。他很難明白為什么自己不能像鳥兒一樣飛翔。

還有一個小男孩，他有殘疾，他總是希望自己像其他的孩子一樣能走能跑?！盀槭裁次揖筒荒芟袼麄兡菢幽?？”他很納悶。

一天，小男孩從孤兒院里出走，在一個公園里偶然遇見了那個不會走也不會跑的男孩。孤兒小男孩跑向殘疾小男孩，問他是否曾想到像鳥兒一樣飛翔。

“沒有，”小男孩說,“但我在想，如果像其他的孩子一樣能走能跑是什么樣子?！?/p>

兩個小男孩一起玩耍了幾個小時，他們是那么開心。后來，殘疾小男孩的父親推著輪椅來接他的兒子。孤兒小男孩跑向那位父親，湊近他的耳朵竊竊私語了一番，那位父親點(diǎn)了點(diǎn)頭。小男孩又跑向他的新朋友，說道：“你是我唯一的朋友，我希望能為你做些什么?！?/p>

孤兒小男孩轉(zhuǎn)過身去，要他的新朋友滑到自己的后背上。然后，他開始穿過草地跑起來。就這樣，孤兒小男孩背著殘疾小男孩，跑得越來越快，越來越猛，穿越整個公園，他的兩條腿簡直像飛起來一般。不一會兒，吹在兩個小男孩臉龐的風(fēng)呼嘯起來。

只見殘疾小男孩在風(fēng)中上下舞動著手臂，樣子是那么美，他一路高聲呼喊：“我在飛翔，爸爸。我在飛翔！”看著這一場景，小男孩的父親流下了眼淚。
