[摘要] 目的 分析在大中專(zhuān)在校學(xué)生中開(kāi)展應(yīng)急救護(hù)培訓(xùn)，增強(qiáng)防災(zāi)避險(xiǎn)救護(hù)意識(shí)，提高自救互救技能，讓學(xué)生在成為第一目擊者時(shí)，能夠在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)及時(shí)有效地開(kāi)展救護(hù)，從而達(dá)到挽救生命減輕傷殘的目的，旨在達(dá)到提高全社會(huì)應(yīng)急救護(hù)能力的教學(xué)效果。方法 成立煙臺(tái)市牟平區(qū)紅十字會(huì)應(yīng)急救護(hù)培訓(xùn)志愿者服務(wù)隊(duì)，并配備合格的教學(xué)師資隊(duì)伍，從實(shí)際出發(fā)，設(shè)計(jì)有效可行的培訓(xùn)教學(xué)方法，向在校大中專(zhuān)學(xué)生普及應(yīng)急救護(hù)理論知識(shí)及實(shí)踐技能，學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束后采用山東省煙臺(tái)市紅十字會(huì)的急救培訓(xùn)理論和技能評(píng)估工具進(jìn)行考核。結(jié)果 在大中專(zhuān)在校學(xué)生中開(kāi)展應(yīng)急救護(hù)的理論知識(shí)與實(shí)踐技能操作培訓(xùn)，其效果明顯，培訓(xùn)成果令人滿(mǎn)意，達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目的。結(jié)論 對(duì)大中專(zhuān)在校學(xué)生開(kāi)展應(yīng)急救護(hù)培訓(xùn)有很好的效果，值得在全國(guó)各大中專(zhuān)院校中推廣。

Research on Teaching of Emergency Rescue Training of College Students in the College and Technical Secondary Schools

[Abstract] Objective To save lives， reduce the disabilities and improve the teaching effect of emergency rescue ability of all society by analyzing the development of emergency rescue training of college students in the college and technical secondary school， enhancing the rescue awareness of emergency and disaster-prevention， improving the self-rescue and mutual-rescue skills and making the students become the first witnesses. Methods The emergency rescue training volunteer service tem in Mouping District Red Cross in Yantai was established， and the qualified teaching staff were equipped， and the effective and feasible training and teaching method was designed from reality， and the emergency rescue theoretical knowledge and practical skills were promoted to the students in the college and technical secondary schools， and the examination was conducted by the emergency training theory and skill evaluation tool in Yantai in Shandong Province. Results The effect of emergency rescue training of college students in the college and technical secondary school was obvious， and the training effect was satisfactory， and reached the expectant aim. Conclusion The effect of emergency rescue training of college students in the college and technical secondary schools is better， which is worth promotion in various college and technical secondary schools in the whole nation.

當(dāng)今社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮，生活節(jié)奏加快，人們的生活質(zhì)量有了較大的改善，在健康方面給予了更多的關(guān)注。但是，實(shí)踐中因意外事件的發(fā)生及傷亡事故影響范圍的擴(kuò)大，使得人們的生命受到了潛在的威脅。在此背景下，為了使大中專(zhuān)學(xué)生能夠掌握有效的應(yīng)急救護(hù)技能，全面提升這類(lèi)院校在這方面的培訓(xùn)教學(xué)水平，需要落實(shí)好相關(guān)的研究工作予以應(yīng)對(duì)[1]?，F(xiàn)階段某些大中專(zhuān)學(xué)生的應(yīng)急救護(hù)意識(shí)較為薄弱，缺乏有效的自救能力，且在社會(huì)健康責(zé)任感方面有所缺失，致使自身在應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)事件中的人身安全缺乏保護(hù)[2]。針對(duì)這種情況，需要重視大中專(zhuān)在校學(xué)生應(yīng)急救護(hù)培訓(xùn)的教學(xué)，且在有效的教學(xué)措施、教學(xué)理念等要素的支持下，使得大中專(zhuān)在校學(xué)生實(shí)踐過(guò)程中的自救與互救能力得以提高，有效地應(yīng)對(duì)意外傷害事故，真正地做到防患于未然。因此，大中專(zhuān)院校應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況，將大中專(zhuān)在校學(xué)生應(yīng)急防護(hù)技能培訓(xùn)工作落到實(shí)處，并強(qiáng)化其培訓(xùn)教學(xué)中相關(guān)人員的責(zé)任意識(shí)，確保其培訓(xùn)工作質(zhì)量可靠性，增加大中專(zhuān)在校學(xué)生的應(yīng)急防護(hù)技能，最大限度地降低他們發(fā)展中的意外傷害事件發(fā)生率。同時(shí)，大中專(zhuān)院校應(yīng)在學(xué)生應(yīng)急救護(hù)培訓(xùn)教學(xué)中落實(shí)好安全教育工作，確保其培訓(xùn)教學(xué)狀況良好性。根據(jù)這一情況，煙臺(tái)市牟平區(qū)紅十字會(huì)應(yīng)急救護(hù)培訓(xùn)志愿者服務(wù)隊(duì)針對(duì)轄區(qū)內(nèi)大中專(zhuān)學(xué)校在校學(xué)生，多年來(lái)積極開(kāi)展應(yīng)急救護(hù)技能培訓(xùn)工作，作者作為區(qū)紅十字救護(hù)技能培訓(xùn)師，結(jié)合多年來(lái)對(duì)在校大中專(zhuān)學(xué)生進(jìn)行應(yīng)急救護(hù)培訓(xùn)教育的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從實(shí)際出發(fā)，設(shè)計(jì)有效可行的培訓(xùn)教學(xué)方法，向在校大中專(zhuān)學(xué)生普及應(yīng)急救護(hù)技巧及知識(shí)，充實(shí)學(xué)校及社會(huì)應(yīng)急救護(hù)力量，為全社會(huì)的生命健康保駕護(hù)航。
