清邁是泰國(guó)北部的一座被青山綠水農(nóng)田環(huán)抱的美麗老城，也是一座擁有千年歷史的古國(guó)名城，古代泰國(guó)有多朝國(guó)王定都于此，底蘊(yùn)豐厚，物產(chǎn)富饒?，F(xiàn)在，清邁是發(fā)達(dá)程度僅次于首都曼谷的泰國(guó)第二經(jīng)濟(jì)中心，由于平均海拔300米屬于高原河谷地帶，四周群山環(huán)抱，所以常年涼爽，溫差不大，平均氣溫都在22℃左右，是極適合度假休閑的風(fēng)光之城。清邁四季度假村坐落于此已有十四年，一直深受亞洲和歐美游客的贊賞。

度假村地處清邁林河谷，占地13公頃，早期于1993年開(kāi)業(yè)，在2003年改為四季品牌，近年多有翻新。酒店的整體設(shè)計(jì)靈感來(lái)源于700年前曾在此輝煌的蘭納王國(guó)Lanna（蘭納在泰語(yǔ)中是“百萬(wàn)稻田”的意思），混凝土基礎(chǔ)加本土木樓結(jié)構(gòu)的融合使泰北建筑文化發(fā)酵出新的生命，四種以上不同景致與功用的閣樓、別墅和私宅院落給予客人多重選擇的權(quán)利，在遠(yuǎn)山近水的茂密植被和鳥(niǎo)語(yǔ)蟲(chóng)鳴中享受自種食材和自釀美酒，私密而恬靜。

Chiang Mai is a beautiful historical city in North of Thailand with green mountain and wide paddies， lots of ancient kings of Thailand lived here. Now， Chiang Mai is the second most developed city in Thailand. It's situated in plateau valley with an average altitude of 300 meters， so it enjoys a cool weather all year round with an average temperature of 22℃，and makes it a great tourism city. Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai has been here for 14 years and be loved by tourists around the world.

沿著石板小道一直走，不斷繞過(guò)參天巨樹(shù)與種種熱帶雨林獨(dú)有的植被，會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)隱沒(méi)于深谷茂林之中的一座座閣樓屋宇，真感覺(jué)這一片度假村更像是泰國(guó)版本的桃花源，讓我在來(lái)此度假的心境之外更添了一絲探索驚喜的渴望。在這其中，有的客房置身在繁茂的綠蔭花園里，濕潤(rùn)清新的味道沁入心脾，在隱蔽的靜謐中透出勃勃生機(jī)；有的分布在緊挨著酒店建筑群落的農(nóng)地旁邊，綠油油的稻田鋪滿了人們開(kāi)闊的視野。此刻，隨清風(fēng)而舞的稻穗依偎在一起，相互的呢喃聲吹走了人與大自然最后的隔閡。

清邁四季度假村的住宿共有98個(gè)門號(hào)，分在64個(gè)花園閣樓、12個(gè)水池別墅和12個(gè)私宅大院之中，都于不久前重新翻新。

來(lái)到房中，首入眼簾的就是客房屋中溫暖的光線和色調(diào)、精致的家具、泰柚木地板、泰繡的織品與特意挑選的泰北民間裝飾畫(huà)，都傳播出清邁文化的內(nèi)里，頭頂?shù)你~葉風(fēng)扇更帶來(lái)了一味舊時(shí)風(fēng)情；而高而厚軟的床架床墊又極大滿足了客人睡眠的舒適度與上下床的便利，躺上去就有一夜好覺(jué)。此外，每間閣樓客房都擁有一條獨(dú)立木廊通向屋外的尖頂小亭，亭中配有桌椅和一個(gè)可以搖晃的吊繩沙發(fā)，讓自己慵懶的身體晃蕩在沙發(fā)之上，吃著小食，賞著蔥郁的美景，原來(lái)生活可以這般自在美妙！

不得不說(shuō)的還有清邁四季度假村的“特別禮物”：200多平米的泳池別墅和1200多平米的私宅大獨(dú)院，可容納住客人數(shù)從2人到12人不等。特別是這個(gè)擁有四個(gè)臥室的“大宅院”，不僅院子大，房間大，還有私家雙車車庫(kù)直通院內(nèi)，30多米長(zhǎng)的私人泳池，還有大客廳、餐廳和廚房，以及滿藏紅酒窖和健身房，并有私人管家?guī)椭侠硪磺惺乱?，讓客人感受到最高檔而溫暖的服務(wù)體驗(yàn)。而大宅院的租用價(jià)格還真的十分合理，不會(huì)嚇到人。就在不久前，我們都知道的兩位香港巨星剛剛在此拍片取景，可謂深度體驗(yàn)享受了一番。

Artfully re-imagined to complement the lush rice paddy fields of the Resort， each upgraded Pavilion fuses signature Four Seasons elegance and comfort with the culture of Northern Thailand. Custom-crafted furniture and fabrics， along with original art specially commissioned for the Resort， delight the eye and give the signature rooms a real sense of place. Housed in two-story clusters and set amid the paddy fields， the Upper Rice Terrace Pavilions offer a luxurious living space with vaulted ceilings and added privacy.

The \"special gift\" from the resort is worthy mentioned： The 200m2 pool villas and private gardens can accommodate 2 to 12 people at the same time. Especially the private residence with 4 bedrooms， which enjoys spacious garden，room and kitchen.You can soak in the sunrays on the private deck， splash about in your very own pool， and revel in the outdoor Jacuzzi. The price of the private residence is reasonable.

泰式料理一貫以融合酸、辣、甜等口感較重的調(diào)味料為特色，使菜品味道濃郁豐富。清邁四季度假村的KHAO米倉(cāng)餐廳雖以泰餐為主，但又交匯了來(lái)自本地的、緬甸的和來(lái)自中國(guó)云南的多種烹調(diào)手藝，加之大廚們的精妙改良，這里的菜品被推向了極致。

尤其值得一提的是，餐廳菜品中所有種類的米，以及很多蔬菜瓜果都是采自度假村內(nèi)自己種植的稻田農(nóng)場(chǎng)。印度裔的餐飲總監(jiān)Mr.Rohan Ogale驕傲地說(shuō)：“你看，這些米就是從這片田里收來(lái)的，走過(guò)去只有5分鐘??！”當(dāng)客人知道餐盤中的米飯就是來(lái)自眼前這大片優(yōu)質(zhì)水稻田時(shí)，親近與溫暖的歸屬感會(huì)讓餐食的味道永不單薄。另外，米倉(cāng)餐廳自釀的伏特加、金酒、朗姆酒或者特調(diào)雞尾酒等，也大都是來(lái)自于酒店前的那片稻米的發(fā)酵與轉(zhuǎn)化。

KHAO米倉(cāng)餐廳剛于兩個(gè)多月前整修完畢，建筑風(fēng)格一如既往地保持清邁蘭納王國(guó)古建的屋頂特征，室外露臺(tái)餐位視野開(kāi)闊，常常是客人的首選用餐位置；室內(nèi)空間則以赭色的本地大木屋結(jié)構(gòu)為主調(diào)，配上手工木雕板和淺青綠色的墻面設(shè)色，加之展現(xiàn)清邁人文風(fēng)情的裝飾物與顯露本地傳統(tǒng)木樓素描的畫(huà)作，更讓KHAO米倉(cāng)餐廳兼古通今，獨(dú)具一格。

清邁四季度假村還有如Terraces 露臺(tái)餐廳提供道地的意大利菜肴；有如Rim Tai 廚藝學(xué)堂會(huì)為客人制作特訂的餐食。在每周的固定時(shí)間，廚師會(huì)帶領(lǐng)有興趣的客人于清早去菜市場(chǎng)觀光采購(gòu)后回到這里，然后在主廚的帶領(lǐng)下參加親手學(xué)習(xí)制作菜肴的活動(dòng)，最后全家人就在這里自享勞動(dòng)成果，自得其樂(lè)了。

Thai cuisine usually blend spices with sourness， hotness， sweetness together to rich the taste of the food.KHAO restaurant in the resort takes diners deep into the vibrant food and drink culture of Thailand， with delightful detours into Burmese and Yunanese cuisine along the way.

What's more， all the rice and some of the fruits and vegetables are from the farm inside of the resort. The Indian FB director Mr.Rohan Ogale says with pride： \"Look， these rice are from that filed， and it only takes five minutes to walk there！\" Also， the self-brew vodka，gin，rum and other spirit are also processed from the rice growing in the same filed.

KHAO restaurant just newly renovated 2 months ago.The architecture has remained the Chiang Mai Lana ancient building style. The outdoor seats on the balcony enjoys an open view and are guests favourite dining place. Traditional wooden cooking utensils offer a peek behind the scenes， while lamp shades in the form of traditional sieves evoke the idyllic countryside.

In the resort， guests can enjoy authentic Italian dished in Terraces restaurant，and take cooking class in Rim Tai， where chef teach classes with ingredients bought in the market and the whole family will enjoy the happiness of cooking.
