在春意盎然的三月，《酒店精品》一行應(yīng)邀前來，除去體驗四季客房的經(jīng)典和欣賞里斯本城市的美景外，酒店的Varanda餐廳和O JAPONêS 餐廳更為我們的入住提供了取悅味蕾，感受葡式和日式餐飲風(fēng)格的新鮮味道和口感。在豐盛誘人的正餐外，閑暇之余還可以去麗茲酒吧坐一坐，品嘗一下當(dāng)?shù)卣湎〉牟ㄌ鼐?，或者去奢華舒適的 Almada Negreiros 酒廊喝個具有儀式感的下午茶，不啻為旅行途中的另一類尊享體驗。

Portugal is one of the warmest countries with the best air quality in Europe. People who have been to Portugal will have a deep impression on the sky there. Sitting on a tram with a hundred years of history， one can appreciate the gorgeous evening sunset， and feel Lisbon's serene and calm city style. The city looks old and laid-back. However， if you savor it， you will find that， among the mosaic-tile decorated bright buildings， the old and new hotel industry in Lisbon is looking forward to the future with fresh ideas and inspiration.

Lisbon has seven mountains， and the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon stands on top of one. Looking out from the hotel， one can enjoy the panoramic views of Edward VII Park， Sao Jorge Moorish Castle and the Tagus River， showing the city's diverse culture. In this elegant ten-storey hotel building， the spacious space is decorated with 18th-century antique furniture， and a large number of exquisite modern Portuguese tapestries， paintings and sculptures， allowing the guests to immerse in a strong artistic atmosphere during the stay.

In the Spring of March， we went to Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon. Apart from experiencing the classic Four Seasons Rooms and enjoying the views of the city of Lisbon， the hotel's Varanda and O JAPONêS Restaurant also provided most delightful tastes in Portuguese and Japanese-style for our stay. In addition to the tempting dinner， one can also sit in the Ritz Bar and enjoy a glass of local Port wine or have a ceremonial afternoon tea in the luxurious Almada Negreiros lounge， collecting another privileged experience during the trip.

VARANDA 餐廳VARANDA Restaurant

作為一個傳統(tǒng)的海洋強國，葡萄牙的美食里怎么能少得了海鮮？葡式海鮮飯包含了種類繁多的海鮮，比如蝦、螃蟹、蛤蜊，藍(lán)貝等，不同地域的海鮮飯用的食材都不盡相同。葡式海鮮飯是最為地道的葡萄牙傳統(tǒng)美食，它不同于鄰國西班牙的海鮮飯paella，直觀上最大的區(qū)別是葡式海鮮飯是帶湯的，品味著新鮮的蝦肉和蟹肉，嚼著浸滿海鮮湯的米飯，這感覺豈是一個爽字了得。

Varanda餐廳供應(yīng)的自助餐因豐富的品類而聞名。晚間，這里供應(yīng)葡萄牙著名的燉魚菜和燉海鮮，以及其他種類豐富的地道葡萄牙美食。從餐廳可以俯瞰愛德華七世公園和酒店布滿綠植和鮮花的露臺，陽春三月的傍晚依然有些涼意，但夕陽西下的室外美景令我們過目難忘。

The hotel's Varanda restaurant， owning a well-stocked wine cellar and serving fresh seafood， is a major cuisine landmark in Lisbon. Pascal Meynard， the head chef from France， who has served in the Michelin-starred restaurant， he integrates his rich experience into the delicacies and presented memorable culinary experiences to us who visited Lisbon.

As a traditional maritime power， how can the cuisine in Portugal be served without seafood？ Portuguese paella contains a wide variety of seafood， such as shrimp， crab， clams， blue shellfish， etc.， and the seafood ingredients used in different regions are not the same. Portuguese paella is the most typical Portuguese traditional cuisine. It is different from the paella of the neighboring country of Spain. The most obvious difference is that the Portuguese paella is served with soup. The tastes of fresh shrimp and crab meat， with rice and seafood soup， is simply indescribable.

The Varanda restaurant's buffet is famous for its rich variety. In the evening， it serves famous Portuguese stewed fish dishes and seafood， as well as other kinds of authentic Portuguese cuisine. From the restaurant overlooking Edward VII Park and the hotel's terraced gardens and flowers， the evening of March in the spring is still a bit cool， but the sunset scenery is unforgettable.

Following the success of the Ritz Bar's sushi delicacy， O Japonês Restaurant was created in Four Seasons for international guests to enjoy Japanese cuisine in an authentic Japanese-style atmosphere. We can choose from many mouth-watering Japanese dishes， including authentic traditional sushi and sashimi， as well as à la carte creative dishes.

Eight double dining tables lay around the three or two chefs in the middle of the restaurant for diners to admire the whole process of food preparation， which has become an integral part of the dining experience. Top quality ingredients combined with unparalleled attention to detail， from dish presentation， to matching sake and matcha， and the indescribable beauty of the atmosphere， allow us to enjoy a genuinely authentic Japanese dining experience.

麗茲酒吧Ritz Bar

The Ritz Bar serves a wide range of fine wines， including a selection of Port wines. It is an ideal place for relatives and friends to enjoy small drinks and light snacks. A variety of Portuguese traditional dishes are also available here. The Ritz Bar features a signature piano of the world-famous Portuguese artist， Pedro Leitao， and decorative objects such as large tapestries made with wine-themed inspiration， creating a warm and elegant artistic atmosphere. The outdoor terrace of the bar can accommodate 40 people.

ALMADA NEGREIROS 酒廊ALMADA NEGREIROS Lounge

Almada Negreiros 酒廊寬敞迷人，是親朋好友相約飲茶的好去處，此外，還能將愛德華七世公園的美景盡收眼底。這間寬大的酒廊以葡萄牙藝術(shù)家 Jose Almada Negreiros 的名字命名。三幅 1956 年特別定制的手工半人馬掛毯懸掛其中，魅力非凡。這間酒廊深受本地人青睞，是熱門的休閑聚會場地。住店的客人也常常在此小酌、放松、閱讀和欣賞美景。

The Almada Negreiros Lounge is a charming place for friends and family to enjoy a cup of tea. It also offers great views of Edward VII Park. This large lounge is named after the Portuguese artist Jose Almada Negreiros. Three 1956 custom-made handmade Centaur tapestry hang in the lounge， with extraordinary charm. This lounge is popular with locals for being a casual party venue. In-house guests also often drink， relax， read and enjoy the views here.
