雅高酒店集團(tuán)近日宣布與瑞享控股公司（M?venpick Holding）及王國控股公司（Kingdom Holding）簽署協(xié)議，斥資5.6億瑞士法郎現(xiàn)金（合4.82億歐元），收購瑞享酒店及度假村（M?venpick Hotels Resorts）。雙方合并前，2019e EBITDA利息保障倍數(shù)為14.9X（含交易成本）；運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)率合并、投入發(fā)展渠道后，預(yù)估2019e EBITDA利息保障倍數(shù)將小于10X。第一年起，交易就將對集團(tuán)營收產(chǎn)生連帶反應(yīng)。

AccorHotels has recently announced that it has signed an agreement with M?venpick Holding and Kingdom Holding to acquire M?venpick Hotels Resorts， for a cash amount of CHF560 million （€482 million）. The transaction implies a 14.9X 2019e EBITDA multiple before synergies （including transaction costs）， and less than 10X pro forma 2019e EBITDA after run rate synergies and committed development pipeline. The transaction will have an accretive impact on Group earnings from the first year.
