        Clothing Design based on Architectural form Aesthetics

        Abstract: There is a deep relationship between clothing and architectural form, architectural language is often used for reference, to interpret and express the form and connotation of clothing design, thus promoting the evolution of clothing aesthetic form.In this paper, the relationship between architectural form and clothing is studied, which provides a reference for the research of fabric innovation design.

        1.Introduction

        Whether clothing design or architectural design is around the human body of space design, the design of simplicity or complexity,deconstruction or construction are vividly displayed to everyone and convey to other parts of the world.Both have strong styling and expressiveness to decorate the world more brightly.

        2.Looking for inspiration from Architectural Design

        2.1 Design form derived from architectural

        The angle of modern design divides form into several major categories, namely, natural form, artificial form, bionic form and digital form, from concrete to abstract, from plane to three-dimensional.The design is based on the analysis of different forms, on the basis of understanding, to perform and reconstruct, to deconstruct and reorganize.The architecture belongs to the category of artificial form, and the form beauty of architectural design.It is embodied in shape, space,structure, material and so on.Costume art and architectural art belong to the category of plastic arts, for any art, it is not enough to only have individuality, but also must have commonality.The creative activities of fashion design and architectural design are bound to be restricted by the cultural background of the same era.Fashion designers and architects must make their works style conform to the times.Clothing art and architectural art can combine their own experience of lines, body weight, structure, color, harmony, order and beauty, and use their unique craftsmanship and artistic talent to organize, form, and accumulate materials.Create a visual aesthetic plastic arts.

        2.2 Innovative Design of Garment fabric based on Architectural form

        The real meaning of architecture is first recognized from its structural way."the basic problem of architecture is to define the boundary of space with a material shell, which requires the construction of the elements of its structural function." But the clothing is not with the structure as the main manifestation, sometimes the clothing pays attention to the decoration effect.For example, clothing structure is widely used as a decorative form in the whole or the details of the clothing, so as to express the appearance and three-dimensional shape of the clothing, and display it through the detail decoration.How to find architectural design elements, how to deduce architectural elements and how to apply them to fashion design is a problem that needs to be solved.This need through the systematic research induction and summary,arranges deduces the architectural element to use in the clothing design language.

        3.Form comparison between Architecture and Garment Design

        3.1 Formal language of Architectural Design

        The formation and change of architectural form depends on the influence factors of form.Architecture is a culture, of course, it is also a kind of engineering, but more specifically, it is a combination of art and technology.The cultural characteristics of the architecture bring about the development of architecture, which is bound to be inseparable from the social, regional, national and traditional factors.Art is also subject to political and religious constraints.Architectural art, with a symbolic visual language, expresses a reflection on the historical depth of human existence, and expresses the understanding of the universe and nature.

        The aesthetic appreciation of clothing and architectural art also has the characteristics of the times, the same clothing and architecture will produce different aesthetic effects in different times.In a sense, the architectural decoration, especially the facade decoration, is related to the human body beauty and clothing design.From the original clothes that cover the reproductive organs with leaves, to all kinds of ornate clothing decoration, people are constantly rising their aesthetic consciousness.As the most important part of people's living environment, the decoration of architecture is especially closely related to the aesthetic relationship of human beings.

        3.2 The significance of the comparison of Architectural and Garment Morphology languages for the study of fabric Innovation
