這個項目是為北京一個有著10,000平方米辦公面積的大型設計公司做的一次具有戰(zhàn)略性意義的室內設計。它不僅要具有代表性或時尚感的空間設計，而且要在實際上對塑造辦公環(huán)境產生積極的作用。

過去的幾年，該公司呈幾何指數級發(fā)展，現在進駐一個綜合辦公樓，擁有五層樓的辦公空間。每個樓層內設有公司不同的部門。公司的發(fā)展注重國際交流的有效性。公司部門分布在五個辦公樓層更強化了這一趨勢，潛在性地融合了公司的核心業(yè)務、設計和創(chuàng)新性等。

為了最大限度地發(fā)揮公司的創(chuàng)新能力，我們的設計宗旨是為所有員工提供最大限度的交流機會。因此，此次最大的設計亮點就是在辦公空間的中心處，以希臘劇場為原型，并以堆疊搭接的樓梯串聯起五層的辦公空間。這不僅使空間增加了一倍，同時可以作為正式和非正式的辦公室會議的場所。

This is a strategic interior design for a 10,000m2 large design company in Beijing. Rather than just being representative or beautiful, it aims to actually positively contribute to the office working environment.

The company had grown exponentially over the years and was now moving into an office building to occupy five different office floors. Each floor was dedicated to house a different department within the company. The growth of the company had stressed the effectiveness of international communication. Segregating the departments on five different office floors would only enforce this trend, potentially corroding the companies core business, design and creativity,more.

To maximize t he potential of creat ivity within the company, we aimed t o maximize t he opportunities for exchange between all employees. To achieve this, the main design intervention was to stack two Greek Forum-like stairs on top of each other, in the heart of the company.These Forum-stairs physically connect all office floors but also double as spaces where informal and formal office meetings can take place.
