濟(jì)南貴和廣場(chǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)滿(mǎn)足了空間復(fù)雜且功能多變的要求。我們不僅對(duì)現(xiàn)有的建筑進(jìn)行了翻修,并將整體區(qū)域擴(kuò)建到了原來(lái)的兩倍。在功能上,首兩層匯集了眾多高端的零售品牌,而三到六層均為零售區(qū)域,六層以上則是皇冠假日酒店。主樓尺度約為185米x 65米 x 55米,空間視覺(jué)上就像一座方形雕塑,最大程度地滿(mǎn)足紅線(xiàn)的要求。
設(shè)計(jì)的主要難點(diǎn)在于要將其原有的外觀設(shè)計(jì)與其功能相結(jié)合;外立面要有差異化,但又要與整體建筑保持和諧。同時(shí)還要將泉城廣場(chǎng)的空間需求、路易威登在濟(jì)南的第一家旗艦店等要求考慮在內(nèi)。
因此,為了滿(mǎn)足以上要求,我們將外觀設(shè)計(jì)成一個(gè)“百寶箱”。容積也隨著內(nèi)部的功能要求層層遞進(jìn)。外觀上主要采用石材和玻璃這兩種截然不同的材料,務(wù)求打造出穩(wěn)重現(xiàn)代的大樓,同時(shí)展現(xiàn)雕塑般的美感。我們?cè)谧非蠛椭C上費(fèi)盡心思,既保證了內(nèi)部各項(xiàng)功能得以充分發(fā)揮,又找到了一個(gè)最佳的比例去展現(xiàn)雕塑般的平衡之美。
在石材上我們選用了深淺兩種對(duì)比強(qiáng)烈的顏色,將它們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)成形態(tài)各異的U形,仿佛在外墻上玩起了皮影戲,從而加強(qiáng)雕塑的視覺(jué)沖擊。U形設(shè)計(jì)延續(xù)了建筑風(fēng)格上的3D立體感,不管從哪個(gè)方向看,外觀上都能保持一致。
酒店的玻璃幕墻也是精雕細(xì)琢的,設(shè)計(jì)理念上延續(xù)了靈動(dòng)多變的感覺(jué)。每間客房由兩大扇相互錯(cuò)開(kāi)的窗戶(hù)作間隔。從街道上仰望,層層交錯(cuò)的玻璃幕墻給人以強(qiáng)烈的3D立體效果。到了晚上,整棟建筑雕塑般的外觀在玻璃幕墻中透出的燈光和U形石材形成的“波光粼粼”中顯得格外恢弘?yún)s又靈動(dòng)。
Jinan Guihe Plaza combines a dense and diverse combination of functions in one building. It as well includes a refurbishment of an existing building and an extension, doubling almost the total area.Functionally, the fi rst two fl oors incorporate high end retail brands, the third to the sixth fl oor retail and the top fl oors the extension of the Crowne Plaza hotel. The main building volume measures around 185 x 65 x 55 meter, and space is limited for sculptural expression, given the buildings volume close proximity to the red line.
The main challenge of this design is to balance its functions and the inherent facade treatment;creating enough facade diあerentiation whilst also considering the harmony of the building as a whole.At the same time the important site at Spring Square and the requirements of Louis Vuitton, opening its fi rst representation in Jinan had to be taken into consideration.
In order to achieve this, the facade design conceptually uses the metaphor of a ‘magic box’. Volumes are shifted from each other following the functional requirements of the interior. They are cladded in two diあerent materials: stone and glass, creating a strong composition and sculptural expression.Many efforts are made in finding a harmonious composition, respecting both the interior functional organization and fi nding the right scale of intervention to create a balanced exterior sculptural eあect.
Stone volumes are further diあerentiated into two diあerent colors - dark and light - and are executed in a varying u-shaped stone detail, to create a strong shadow play on the facade to emphasize the sculpturality. This u-shaped detail continues in three dimensions around the volumes, creating a strong coherent appearance from any direction the facade is seen from.
The hotel fa?ade also consists of a very detailed glass fa?ade, following the concept of shifted volumes. Each hotel-room is divided into two large pieces of window that shift from each other. From the street, the re fl ection of the shifted glass facade creates a strong three dimensional eあect. At night,the sculptural appearance of the building is subtly emphasized by integrated lightning in the glass volumes and by up - and down lighting the stone u-shaped details.
