國內(nèi)首個直升機生產(chǎn)許可證落地重慶

2017年12月22日，重慶通用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集團有限公司獲頒恩斯特龍直升機生產(chǎn)許可證（PC）。這是中美雙邊適航協(xié)議簽署后，國內(nèi)首個直升機生產(chǎn)許可證，意味著重慶通航集團成為國內(nèi)第一家擁有美國設計認證、中國生產(chǎn)認證的直升機生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。至此，重慶生產(chǎn)的直升機進入量產(chǎn)時代，并可以進行國際銷售。

新技術(shù)新產(chǎn)品亮相渝交會

2017年12月7日—10日，第五屆中國（重慶）商品展示交易會在悅來國際博覽中心舉行，共吸引了31.6萬人次觀展，成交額4.83億元。本屆渝交會以“市民盛宴·城市節(jié)日”為主題，主題展覽設地方特色館、汽車生活館、時尚生活館、造物空間館、進口商品館。邀請到英國、匈牙利、日本、中國臺灣等國家和地區(qū)，山東、四川等兄弟省市及市內(nèi)各區(qū)縣逾2000家企業(yè)參展，展品涵蓋國際國內(nèi)名品、電商、優(yōu)質(zhì)糧油、家居建材、智能家電、智能穿戴、汽車、親子游樂、VR科技、游戲互動、美食小吃等。同期還舉行了第二屆中國西部布達佩斯之秋電影節(jié)，為重慶市民帶來了《布達佩斯的回憶》《粉紅奶酪》等匈牙利電影。

“重慶造”鋁材裝上國產(chǎn)大飛機C919

2017年12月17日，第二架國產(chǎn)大飛機C919機型在上海完成首飛。中鋁西南鋁消息，由其研制的鋁合金窗框和輪轂精密模鍛件，不僅成功配套C919機型，還承擔了技術(shù)攻關(guān)任務，填補了這兩項產(chǎn)品國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)空白。這些產(chǎn)品具有高強度高韌度、耐疲勞耐腐蝕等特性，質(zhì)量基本達到同類進口產(chǎn)品水平。主要用于機翼、機翼活動面、機身中央翼等部位，是飛機的關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)件。

43名海內(nèi)外高層次人才獲首批人才服務證

2017年12月18日，市人社局為重慶43名海內(nèi)外高層次人才頒發(fā)了首批人才服務證，持證人才將在“一站式”服務平臺享受醫(yī)療、子女入學入托、配偶（子女）就業(yè)、戶籍、居留簽證、職稱、科技、項目申報等9類優(yōu)惠政策和便利服務。該證主要寫明人才姓名、身份證號碼、工作單位等基本信息，有效期3年。目前，重慶已為高層次人才建立分級服務、全面服務、專員服務、協(xié)同服務的服務體系。

榮昌建國家生豬大數(shù)據(jù)中心方案通過專家論證

2017年12月19日，我國第一個畜牧單產(chǎn)品國家數(shù)據(jù)平臺—國家生豬大數(shù)據(jù)中心榮昌區(qū)建設方案，在北京通過專家論證。根據(jù)方案，國家生豬大數(shù)據(jù)中心將在國家級（榮昌）生豬交易市場的基礎上，建設一套生豬大數(shù)據(jù)標準體系，形成生豬大數(shù)據(jù)資源、生豬大數(shù)據(jù)運營兩個中心，打造云計算基礎、生豬大數(shù)據(jù)應用兩個平臺，開放一個生豬大數(shù)據(jù)服務門戶。

中國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟年會在渝舉行

2017年12月21日，由中國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟聯(lián)合會主辦的2017年中國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟年會在重慶舉行，年會以“擁抱新變化，尋找新動能，發(fā)展新制造”為主題，國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟領域?qū)＜覍W者、企業(yè)負責人等300余人齊聚一堂，圍繞推動新型工業(yè)化、加快制造強國實現(xiàn)路徑等話題進行交流。會上，中國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟管理智庫宣布成立，并發(fā)布《中國創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展報告》。

兩江新區(qū)中德產(chǎn)業(yè)園2018年初開工

2017年12月21日，兩江產(chǎn)業(yè)集團消息，中德（龍盛）高端制造產(chǎn)業(yè)園項目方案規(guī)劃方案正式出爐，將于2018年初開工，計劃建設形成德國企業(yè)聚集區(qū)，并致力于打造“德國工業(yè)4.0”和“中國制造2025”示范區(qū)。這也是兩江新區(qū)繼中韓、中日、中瑞、中意、中新等國際產(chǎn)業(yè)合作后，又一重大國際合作項目。

保稅港區(qū)金伯利首批毛坯鉆石完成出口

2017年12月21日，兩江新區(qū)消息，在經(jīng)過重慶保稅港區(qū)空港金伯利制度工作點完成最后的查驗放行環(huán)節(jié)后，總量為1490.91克拉的毛坯鉆石經(jīng)重慶江北國際機場起飛運往迪拜。此次毛坯鉆石的出口，距離上次進口過去近兩個月。一進一出之間，標志著重慶保稅港區(qū)“金伯利進程國際證書制度”工作取得圓滿成功，并首次實現(xiàn)進出口全流程的順利運行，打破重慶金伯利口岸的零突破。

中新互聯(lián)互通項目已簽約90個重點項目

截至2017年12月，中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項目累計簽約5批、90個重點項目，總金額約200億美元。在金融服務領域，以較低成本幫助企業(yè)跨境融資40億美元，為重慶發(fā)展實體經(jīng)濟“輸血”；航空產(chǎn)業(yè)領域，促成重慶機場與樟宜機場聯(lián)手，共同為重慶培育航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群；交通物流領域，開通南向鐵海聯(lián)運通道，發(fā)展多式聯(lián)運；信息通信領域，構(gòu)建互聯(lián)互通信息網(wǎng)絡，加速咨詢、人才、技術(shù)在“一帶一路”流動。

“大師杯”CMEG2017總決賽在忠縣舉行

重慶在全球首創(chuàng)鐵路提單國際信用證

2017年12月25日，重慶物流金融服務股份有限公司成立，宣告重慶率先在全國啟動物流金融創(chuàng)新試點，并在全球首創(chuàng)鐵路提單國際信用證。該信用證具備增信、流轉(zhuǎn)、進口押匯和遠期承兌等功能，并建立了提單與運單、倉單的聯(lián)結(jié)機制。已開立的全球首份鐵路提單國際信用證，用于重慶終極汽車貿(mào)易有限公司從德國進口汽車，額度約為15萬歐元，開證行為工商銀行重慶分行。

江津綜合保稅區(qū)通過市級預驗收

2017年12月26日，重慶江津綜合保稅區(qū)（一期）順利通過由重慶海關(guān)牽頭組成的預驗收工作小組驗收，這標志著該項目向早日通過國家正式驗收、實現(xiàn)封關(guān)運行邁出了堅實一步。江津綜保區(qū)于2017年1月17日經(jīng)國務院正式批復設立，規(guī)劃區(qū)域面積為2.21平方公里。此次接受預驗收的為一期1.33平方公里的基礎設施和監(jiān)管設施建設，其中圍網(wǎng)區(qū)域1.28平方公里。

363個企業(yè)項目納入2018年全市項目庫

2017年12月27日，市經(jīng)信委消息，經(jīng)過申報評審，全市363個企業(yè)項目納入2018年重慶市人工智能及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、重慶市制造業(yè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)融合兩個項目庫。這些入庫項目將按專家評分評級，擇優(yōu)予以資金支持。在這363個入庫項目中，有150個項目作為2018年重慶市人工智能及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)入庫項目，其他項目則納入到2018年重慶市制造業(yè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)融合項目庫，共213個。

涪陵高山灣交通樞紐投運

2017年12月28日，重慶主城以外最大規(guī)模的交通樞紐項目—涪陵高山灣交通樞紐正式投運。該項目占地6.7萬多平方米，含長途車站、公交車站、連廊及其它輔助設施，預計日均發(fā)送旅客人次達3萬人。

中歐班列（重慶）果園港班列首發(fā)，與長江黃金水道實現(xiàn)無縫銜接

2017年12月28日上午11點18分，一列滿載貨物的班列從重慶果園港鐵路專用線駛出，于12天后到達目的地—德國杜伊斯堡。這是中歐班列（重慶）首次在果園港開行，啟動了西部首條直聯(lián)長江經(jīng)濟帶的水鐵國際聯(lián)運戰(zhàn)略通道，實現(xiàn)了中歐班列（重慶）與長江黃金水道之間的水鐵聯(lián)運無縫銜接，打通了連接“一帶一路”與長江經(jīng)濟帶的“最后一公里”。

The first domestic helicopter production license has landed in Chongqing

On December 22, 2017, Chongqing General Aviation Co., Ltd. has been granted a production certification of helicopter Helmstrom (PC). This is the first domestic helicopter production certification after signing of the bilateral airworthiness agreement between China and the United States,which means that Chongqing General Aviation Co.,Ltd. has become the first helicopter manufacturer in China that owns the U.S. design certification and China production certification. From then on, the helicopters produced in Chongqing have entered mass production era and can be sold in the world.

New technologies and new products debuted in Chongqing

From December 7 to 10, 2017, the Fifth China(Chongqing) Commodity Trade Fair was held at the Yuelai International Convention Center, and has attracted a total of 316,000 visitors and achieved a turnover of 483 million yuan. The Chongqing Commodity Trade Fair was held on the theme of“Citizens Feast ? Urban Festival”. The thematic exhibition included local special pavilions, car life pavilions, fashion life pavilions, creation space pavilions and imported goods pavilions. More than 2,000 exhibitors from the United Kingdom, Hungary,Japan, China Taiwan and other countries and regions, Shandong, Sichuan and other provinces and cities, all districts and counties throughout Chongqing have been invited to the exhibition and the exhibits have covered international and domestic famous products, electricity supplier, highquality grain and oil, home building materials, smart appliances, smart wearable, cars, parent-child play, VR technology, interactive games, gourmet snacks and so on. In the same period, the Second Budapest Autumn Film Festival in the Western China was held to bring Hungarian films such as The Memory of Budapest, Pink Cheese, etc. to Chongqing citizens.

Aluminum material “made in Chongqing” is used to produce domestic aircraft C919

On December 17, 2017, the second large domestic C919 aircraft has completed its first flight in Shanghai. The Southwest Aluminum Group Co., Ltd. (Chinalco) has developed aluminum alloy window frames and wheel precision forging pieces that can successfully match C919 models, but also has undertaken the technical research mission and filled the gap of these two products in domestic production. These products have the characteristics of high strength and high toughness, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance, and the quality has basically reached the level of similar imported products. These key structural pieces are mainly used for the wing, the wing surface, the central wing of the fuselage and other parts of the aircraft.

Forty-three high-level talents at home and abroad have won the first batch of Talent Service Card

On December 18, 2017, Chongqing Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department has issued the first batch of Talent Service Card for 43 high-level talents in Chongqing. The certificate holders will enjoy medical service, enrollment for children,employment of spouses (children ), the household registration,residence visa, job title, science and technology, project declaration and other 9 kinds of preferential policies and convenient services at the one-stop service platform. The card mainly states the talents’name, ID number, work unit and other basic information, and is valid for 3 years. At present, Chongqing has set up a service system of grading services, comprehensive services, commissioner services and coordination services for high-level talents.

The program of building a National Big Data Center of Live Pigs in Rongchang has been proofed by experts

On December 19, 2017, the construction program of China’s first national livestock data platform—National Big Data Center of Live Pigs (Rongchang District) has been proofed by the experts in Beijing. According to program, the National Big Data Center of Live Pigs will build a standard system of big data of live pigs based on the national (Rongchang) live pig market and form two centers for big data resources of live pig and big data operation of live pigs so as to build two platforms of cloud computing foundation and big data application of live pigs and open a big service portal of pig data.

Chongqing ASEAN Highway Shuttle Buses and China Railway Express (Chongqing) have achieved seamless connection normalization

At noon on December 20, 2017, thirty-three boxes of Germany products arrived in Chongqing Nanpeng Highway Bonded Logistics Center via China Express Railway(Chongqing) have been loaded on the ASEAN Highway Shuttle Buses and transported to Dongnai Province in Vietnam in batches. The transportation process from German to Vietnam takes about 20 days. The departure of the shuttle bus has marked the normalization of the seamless connection between the Chongqing ASEAN Highway Shuttle Buses and China Railway Express(Chongqing). In the future, the goods back and forth Europe and the Southeast Asia will be forwarded directly in Chongqing Nanpeng Highway Bonded Logistics Center B, and thereby a new multimodel transport channel for international trade across Eurasia has been formed.

China lndustrial Economy Conference was held in Chongqing

On December 21, 2017, “2017 China Industrial Economy Conference” organized by the China Federation of Industrial Economics was held in Chongqing with the theme of“Embracing New Changes, Finding New Momentum and Developing New Manufacturing”. More than 300 experts and scholars in the domestic economy field and business leaders have gathered together to exchange views on such topics as promoting new industrialization and speeding up the process of building powerful countries. Sino-German lndustrial Park in Liang Jiang New Area has been put in operation in early 2018

The first batch of rough Kimberley diamond in Bonded Port Area has been exported

On December 21, 2017, according to Liang Jiang New Area, a total of 1,490.91 karats of rough diamonds were taken off from Chongqing via Jiangbei International Airport and transported to Dubai after the completion of the final inspection and release at the Kimberley system work site in the airport port of Chongqing Bonded Port Area. The rough diamond export has been completed 2 months later after the last import. The import and export progress has marked a success of the “International Certificate System”for Kimberley Process” in Chongqing Bonded Port Area,and the smooth implementation of the entire import and export process has been achieved for the first time, which has broken the zero breakthrough of the Kimberley Port in Chongqing.

The China-Singapore Demonstration lnitiative on Strategic Connectivity has signed 90 key projects

As of December 2017, a total of 5 batches and 90 key projects have been signed in the China-Singapore(Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity with a total amount of about 20 billion U.S.dollars. In the field of financial services, the enterprises have raised 4 billion U.S. dollars in cross-border financing with low cost to transfuse “real blood” into Chongqing real economies. Chongqing has innovated the world’s first international letter of credit for railway bill of lading

On December 25, 2017, Chongqing Logistics Financial Services Co., Ltd. has been established and announced that Chongqing took the lead in launching pilot logistics innovation pilot in the whole country and establishing the first international letter of credit for railway bills of lading in the world. The letter of credit is with credit enhancement, circulation, import bill advance and long-term acceptance and other functions,and the linkage mechanism of the bill of lading, waybill and warehouse receipt has been established. Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone has passed the municipal pre-acceptance

On December 26, 2017, Chongqing Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone (Phase I) has successfully passed the inspection and acceptance work group led by Chongqing Customs. This indicates that the project has taken a solid step toward passing the formal inspection and acceptance of the country as soon as possible and realizing the customs clearance operation.Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone was formally approved by the State Council on January 17, 2017 with a planned area of 2.21 square kilometers. This time, the infrastructure and regulatory facilities with an area of 1.33 square kilometers have been pre-accepted, including the fencing area of 1.28 square kilometers.

Three hundred and sixty-three Business projects have been included into the 2018 municipal project library

On December 27, 2017, according to the Economic,Trade and Information Commission of Chongqing Municipality, three hundred and sixty-three Business projects have been included into two project libraries of 2018 Chongqing Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things, and Chongqing Manufacturing and Internet Integration after the declaration and appraisal. These projects will be graded by expert rating and preferred to being financially supported. Among the 363 projects,150 projects have been listed as 2018 Chongqing Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things, and 213 projects have been included in the 2018 Chongqing Manufacturing and Internet Integration Project Library.

Fuling Gaoshanwan Transport Hub has been put into operation

On December 28, 2017, Chongqing, the largest transport hub project outside the main districts—Fuling Gaoshanwan Transport Hub has been officially put into operation. The project covers an area of more than 67,000 square meters, including long-distance bus stations, bus stops, corridors and other ancillary facilities. It is estimated that the average daily number of passengers will amount up to 30,000.

The Guoyuan Port Train of China Railway Express (Chongqing) has been seamlessly connected with the Yangtze golden waterwayAt 11:18 on December 28, 2017, a packed train from Guoyuan Port (Chongqing) will reach its destination Duisburg, German in 12 days. This is the first time for China Railway Express (Chongqing) to open its first train from Guoyuan Port and start the first strategic channel with waterway, railway and air transport directly connecting the economic belt in the Yangtze River in the western part of the country. This has helped to achieve the seamless connection of China Railway Express (Chongqing) and the Yangtze Golden Waterway, and open up the “the last mile”of connecting the ‘Belt and Road” and the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
