本期的雜志，我們關(guān)注到著名藝術(shù)批評(píng)家和策展人于洋老師、楊維民老師新近參與組織的大型藝術(shù)展覽，是各位活躍的藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作者和廣大藝術(shù)人的銳意進(jìn)取，才把我們共同的藝術(shù)大業(yè)推向不斷前進(jìn)。在此，讓我們向這些杰出的藝術(shù)界人才致以敬意。

《藝術(shù)視野》欄目我們同樣是在關(guān)注那些做出重要貢獻(xiàn)的藝術(shù)界精英。呂云所先生用他的整個(gè)生命奉獻(xiàn)給了藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作和藝術(shù)教育，值得我們不斷去學(xué)習(xí)，不斷去追憶。

本期的《今日人物》，我們推介的是南通大學(xué)藝術(shù)學(xué)院的院長(zhǎng)張衛(wèi)先生，他的作品造型獨(dú)特，從木版年畫、門神、皮影等民間藝術(shù)以及戲曲人物造型中汲取營(yíng)養(yǎng)，追求民間藝術(shù)造型的稚拙特征和夸張的戲曲造型，大膽突破了中國(guó)文人畫的審美標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，既有悠然古趣，亦飽含時(shí)代氣息。

在《史論經(jīng)緯》欄目，我們集中了一批對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)中國(guó)藝術(shù)的新近研究論文成果，只有對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)進(jìn)行不斷深入的發(fā)掘研究，我們的傳統(tǒng)才能在這個(gè)嶄新的時(shí)代發(fā)揮更大的熱量。

In this issue we pay attention to recent major art exhibitions which the famous art critics and curators, Yu Yang and Yang Weimin, attended and organized. It is those who are active in artistic creation that promote the progress of our art. Please allow us to pay our tribute to those outstanding art professionals.

In Art Vision we focus on Mr. Lü Yunsuo, who dedicated all his life to artistic creation and teaching and whose outstanding attainments deserve our particular respect and attention.

In Figures of Today we introduce Zhang Wei, dean of School of Arts, Nantong University. He is active in absorbing ingredients from forms of folk arts, including wood-block New Year pictures, images of door-gods, shadow plays and Chinese opera figures. His works feature unique shapes in pursuit of innocence and dramatic hyperbole,courageously surpassing aesthetic standards for Chinese literati painting, which incorporates ancient taste and contemporary message.

In our Art History and Theories we collect latest research findings concerning traditional Chinese art. Only by a deepened study of it can our tradition play into a bigger role in this brand-new era.
