丹丹有了小弟弟

DANDAN HAS A LITTLE BROTHER

○新出生的寶寶，讓爸爸百感交集。The father had mixed feelings about the newborn baby.

“弟弟肉乎乎的、真可愛……現(xiàn)在太小了，我都不敢碰他。希望他趕快長大，我可以帶他一起做游戲。”丹丹說。

“希望孩子健康成長，雖然有些辛苦，但也值得。”媽媽說。

“多一個孩子，女兒以后就有個伴兒了?！卑职终f。

這是青島市一個普通家庭“二寶”出生后，家里每個成員說出的一句話。

38歲的李棟和妻子張海霞，2006年從濰坊老家來到青島工作生活。李棟是家里的獨生子，張海霞有個同胞姐姐。同年，夫妻倆第一個孩子李簡出生，夫妻倆給女兒取乳名“丹丹”，如今已經(jīng)10歲。

2015年6月16日，李棟夫婦在戶籍所在地人口和計劃生育部門正式辦理了生育二胎的審批手續(xù)。次年，已經(jīng)提前請好假的李棟起早趕到青島市婦幼保健院，陪護著臨產(chǎn)的妻子，迎接第二個寶寶的誕生。

“已經(jīng)中午12點半多了……”產(chǎn)房外，李棟在焦急地等待著消息，妻子已經(jīng)被推進手術室準備剖腹產(chǎn)，張海霞的姐姐也在門外等待著。

“李棟家屬——”產(chǎn)房里傳出護士的喊聲，李棟和家人匆匆奔向打開的手術室門口?！笆莻€男孩兒，母子平安！”護士抱著襁褓中的嬰兒面帶微笑。

李棟的臉上掛著欣喜的笑容，忙碌著和家人將產(chǎn)婦和孩子接了出來……

李棟夫婦一直想要給女兒創(chuàng)造一個有兄弟姐妹的成長環(huán)境，將來彼此有個伴兒。正好趕上新的生育政策出臺，正合了夫妻倆的心意。

○秋色爛漫，丹丹和爸爸媽媽在小區(qū)花園里散步。In the brilliant autumn, Dandan and her parents took a walk in their residential garden.

“丹丹跟我小時候一樣，經(jīng)常一個人玩，每次有鄰居家的小孩和同學到家里來，就特別興奮，孩子們在一起玩得也特別開心。”李棟說，“有了弟弟，他們姐弟倆可以做個伴兒了，丹丹剛開始一直想要個妹妹，希望和妹妹做做游戲、給她梳個小辮子。有了小弟弟以后，她也是滿心歡喜，非常期待做一個好姐姐?！?/p>

隨著“二寶”呱呱墜地，丹丹有了弟弟，家里也添了不少歡聲笑語。這僅是“二孩”政策實施后，一個普通家庭的選擇與視角。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，中國自上個世紀80年代開始嚴格實行計劃生育政策，截至2015年共有約1.5億個獨生子女家庭?！蔼毶优痹菬衢T的社會話題，而隨著“全面二孩”的放開，常見的兩個大人一個小孩的家庭組合也將逐漸改變。

○丹丹的畫里，有爺爺奶奶、爸爸媽媽和自己，這種家庭模式如今已經(jīng)改變了。Dandan’s picture includes her grandparents, parents and herself. Such a family pattern has changed now.

○“獨生子女光榮證”，承載了一代人的記憶。完成了它的使命、寫入了歷史。“Certificate of Honor for the Only Child” carries the memory of a generation. It has completed its mission, and has been recorded in history.

○李棟夫婦戶籍所在地人口計生部門頒發(fā)的二孩審批證明。Certificate of Approval for a Second Child issued to Li Dong and his wife by the department of population and family planning in their registered permanent residence.

○雖然媽媽肚子里有了寶寶，可丹丹還總想在媽媽身上撒嬌。Though her mother was pregnant with a baby, Dandan still wishes to nestle in the arms of her mother.

○有了“二寶”，讓這個家庭平添了許多歡樂。The “second child” adds many joyous topics to this family.

○丹丹托著弟弟的手，很是喜愛。In the eyes of Dandan, her little brother is so soft and small that he needs care.

38-year-old Li Dong and his wife Zhang Haixia left their hometown – Weifang,Qingdao, and began working and living in Qingdao in 2006. In the same year,their first child Li Jian was born. The couple gave the girl a pet name “Dandan”.Now, the girl is 10 years old.

The couple always wanted to provide their daughter a growing environment with a sibling, allowing her to have a companion in the future. As the new childbearing policy was issued, Zhang Haixia gave birth to a baby after 10 months of pregnancy. Like many couples who wish to have the second child, they were looking forward to the coming of the day.

According to statistics, China began strictly implementing the family planning policy in the 1980s. As of 2015, there were a total of 150 million one-child families.The “Sinfle Child” became a hot topic in society. As the “Universal Two-Child Policy” was issued, the common family combination of two parents and one child will be gradually changed.
