“再大的困難都能克服，我們一定不辱使命，請組織放心。”10月1日，國網(wǎng)濱州供電公司變電運維室兩名共產(chǎn)黨員在援藏過程中通過視頻向黨組織鄭重表態(tài)。他們要克服高原反應(yīng)，在西藏日喀則海拔4900米以上的變電站工作兩個月。

近年來，國網(wǎng)濱州供電公司在持續(xù)推進(jìn)堅強智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)、履行社會責(zé)任的同時，狠抓全面從嚴(yán)治黨，注重以黨的建設(shè)助推電網(wǎng)發(fā)展，有效促進(jìn)了企業(yè)精神文明建設(shè)，連續(xù)四屆保持“全國文明單位”稱號，是濱州市唯一一家。

“我入黨的初衷是在人生道路上立起永恒的標(biāo)尺?！睘I州供電公司一支部書記張連國在重溫入黨誓詞時，對自己的政治寄語記憶猶新?！捌鋵嵜總€人身邊都有榜樣和典型，‘主題黨日’活動不但激發(fā)了大家互相交流的熱情，而且讓一線黨員對號入座找準(zhǔn)了自己的位置。”另一名支部書記呂艷說。相比過去依靠讀文件領(lǐng)會上級精神，濱州供電公司的“主題黨日”活動更接地氣。在運用講授輔導(dǎo)、交流討論、現(xiàn)場觀摩、遠(yuǎn)程教育等方式的基礎(chǔ)上，探索開展體驗式、開放式組織生活，黨員的參與熱情更加高漲。

微信已經(jīng)成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ蠲懿豢煞值囊徊糠?，國網(wǎng)濱州供電公司黨委探索“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的資源優(yōu)勢，統(tǒng)籌利用各種資源信息，讓企業(yè)黨建工作充滿了激情和活力。開設(shè)“彩虹云黨建”微信企業(yè)號，借助微信平臺，推進(jìn)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”黨建工作，及時將公司黨委決策部署快速精準(zhǔn)傳達(dá)給各級黨員干部，提高黨建政工工作的時效性、覆蓋面、穿透力和影響力。定制化開發(fā)功能欄目，模塊化推送學(xué)習(xí)要點，分層分類定時發(fā)布，拓展傳播渠道，既不斷豐富宣貫形式，又提高了黨員干部的學(xué)習(xí)效果。

在“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育開展期間，濱州供電公司黨委推動黨員干部率先學(xué)、基層支部創(chuàng)新學(xué)、普通黨員線下線上分層分類學(xué)習(xí)，組織黨員開展了“五個一”專題教育，堅持“走心入腦接地氣”，讓黨組織生活成為激發(fā)黨員活力的推進(jìn)器?！皩W(xué)得好不好，做得怎么樣，最終體現(xiàn)在工作推動上。公司將‘兩學(xué)一做’學(xué)習(xí)教育與中心工作有機結(jié)合，抓住‘做’這個關(guān)鍵，確保學(xué)得深入、做得扎實?！睘I州供電公司黨委書記孫為民說。

“All difficulties can be overcome,please rest assured, we’ll fulfill the mission,” two CPC members of the Substation Operation & Maintenance Off i ce of SGCC Binzhou Power Supply Co., Ltd. solemnly spoke to the CPC organization via video link on October 1 in the process of aiding Tibet. They have to overcome altitude stress, and work at a substation at an altitude of above 4,900m in Shigatse, Tibet for two months. In recent years, SGCC Binzhou Power Supply Co., Ltd. has been comprehensively strengthening Party governance and boosting the power grid development with Party construction while continuing to promote the construction of a Strong Smart Grid and fulfilling their social responsibility, thereby, effectively promoting the spiritual civilization construction of the enterprise,and maintaining the title of “National Civilized Unit” for four consecutive sessions. It is the sole enterprise to maintain such a title for such a long period in Binzhou.
