母狼領(lǐng)路

那年深秋，我的朋友烏云在青海的寺廟中生了重病。為了救她性命，寺廟的旺堆活佛決定趕在大雪封山之前送她出山。但是，一行人在風(fēng)雪中迷了路。在青藏高原旅行過(guò)的人，都知道在山野中迷路意味著什么。

正當(dāng)旺堆活佛也為迷路皺起眉頭的時(shí)候，一個(gè)如同神話的奇跡出現(xiàn)了。

有只母狼帶著它的兩個(gè)孩子，從遠(yuǎn)處的樹(shù)林里跑向他們。同行的喇嘛告訴烏云，藏傳佛教認(rèn)為狼是一種懂得護(hù)法的靈性動(dòng)物，它們是特意趕來(lái)為人們領(lǐng)路的。

活佛讓大家下馬，沿著狼的腳印走了五六個(gè)小時(shí)的路程，那三只狼帶著他們左轉(zhuǎn)右轉(zhuǎn)，直到一隊(duì)人馬全都上了出山的大路，才掉轉(zhuǎn)身子按來(lái)路原道返回。

旺堆活佛朝著狼歸去的方向，正冠肅立，口念六字箴言，目送它們的影子消失在風(fēng)雪里。?

One autumn, Wu Yun, one of my friends,was suffering from a serious illness in a temple in Qinghai. In order to save her life, the “l(fā)iving Buddha” Wangdui decided to send her off the mountain before the heavy snow cut off the road. However, they lost their way in the blizzard. Anyone who has been to the Qinghai-Tibetan plateau knows what it means to get lost in the wild.

Just as everyone, including the “l(fā)iving Buddha,” began to fear for their lives, a miracle happened.

A mother wolf and two baby wolves ran to them from the distant woods. A monk told Wu Yun that wolves were considered intelligent animals in Tibetan Buddhism. They were here to lead the way.

The “l(fā)iving Buddha” asked everyone to get off their horses. They walked for five to six hours,following the footprints of the wolves. The three wolves guided them, turning left, turning right,until all the people were out of the woods. Then,the wolves went back the way they came.

The “l(fā)iving Buddha” Wangdui stood firmly,mumbling the “six-word mantra” while watching the wolves disappear into the snowy night. ?
