重慶首個冷鏈物流保稅倉獲批 進口肉類12天到達

7月20日，重慶西部國際涉農物流加工區(qū)建設發(fā)展有限公司消息，位于中國西部農產品冷鏈物流中心內的重慶高新區(qū)首個冷鏈物流保稅倉已通過西永海關審批，并報重慶海關正式完成手續(xù)。這意味著進口肉類（海鮮）將搭上全程保鮮的“直通車”，只需12天即可直抵重慶人餐桌，物流周期大幅縮減，市面上將迎來品種更豐富且價格更便宜的進口海鮮和肉類。

金融租賃服務長江經濟帶戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟成立我市獲320億元融資租賃額度

7月25日，市發(fā)改委消息，金融租賃服務長江經濟帶戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟成立暨合作協(xié)議簽約儀式在上海舉行。經積極協(xié)調，我市從中獲得320億元融資租賃支持。按照合作協(xié)議，該聯(lián)盟與11省市將本著“平等互利、優(yōu)勢互補、共同發(fā)展”的原則，開展全方位、高效務實的租賃業(yè)務合作，將在長江綠色生態(tài)走廊、船型標準化、綜合立體交通、產業(yè)轉型升級、新型城鎮(zhèn)化等方面對相關省市給予金融租賃支持。

7月31日，重慶天使投資引導基金有限公司消息，截至6月底，該基金通過參股基金累計投資96個重慶本地項目，累計投資金額35.42億元。天使投資引導基金自成立以來，為重慶企業(yè)帶來資金、人才、技術、管理、商業(yè)模式、政策優(yōu)惠等多方面資源與增值服務，幫助企業(yè)實現(xiàn)快速成長。同時，該基金積極配合參股基金引進優(yōu)秀外地項目落戶重慶，例如店商互聯(lián)、凌創(chuàng)電子、雙英股份等，主要分布于互聯(lián)網+、先進制造和醫(yī)療健康領域。

阿里巴巴將在兩江新區(qū)構建外貿生態(tài)服務體系

8月7日，兩江新區(qū)首屆跨境電子商務高峰論壇消息，阿里巴巴將在兩江新區(qū)打造本地化外貿生態(tài)服務體系，以實現(xiàn)重慶“外貿3.0”的升級。將利用線上供求信息平臺、大數據支持，營造全球貿易大生態(tài)。此次阿里巴巴與兩江新區(qū)牽手，共建本地外貿生態(tài)服務體系，除了推動外貿生態(tài)服務企業(yè)與中小外貿企業(yè)在兩江新區(qū)聚集，還將進一步降低企業(yè)外貿綜合服務成本，豐富服務類型，提高對中小外貿企業(yè)的服務效率。

市經信委與進出口銀行重慶分行簽署合作協(xié)議

中國進出口銀行重慶分行已與市經信委簽署《支持醫(yī)藥產業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議》，建立支持重慶醫(yī)藥產業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略合作關系。根據協(xié)議，該行將充分發(fā)揮其政策性金融機構的引領和導向作用，創(chuàng)新金融服務模式，綜合運用信貸、擔保、投資等一攬子綜合金融服務，為雙方合作機制項下所確定的企業(yè)及項目提供政策性金融支持。

京東在渝布局以3C為主的新型零售體驗店

京東集團發(fā)布零售創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略，宣布年底前將在重慶等城市開設超過300家以3C為主的零售體驗店。此次京東布局的零售體驗店分為兩類：一類是京東之家，主要布局一二線城市核心商圈，主營手機、數碼、電腦等3C產品，同時涵蓋家電、圖書等京東其他品類；另一類是京東專賣店，主要在各級城市的次商圈開設，如重慶的區(qū)縣級商圈等。每個店鋪商品都將不同，主要通過京東平臺大數據，分析當地商圈消費者的購物習慣和興趣喜好來安排。

共享“汽車+金融” 盼達用車與中信銀行跨界“聯(lián)姻”

8月11日，新能源汽車分時租賃平臺盼達用車攜手中信銀行在重慶舉行戰(zhàn)略合作發(fā)布會，雙方將基于對用戶真實屬性、消費習慣、活動范圍的大數據交叉分析，在用戶資源共享上建立深度合作。作為國內首個新能源汽車分時租賃平臺與商業(yè)銀行的合作項目，盼達用車與中信銀行此次將聯(lián)合推出聯(lián)名借貸合一卡、車費分期付及支付隨機減免等。

前7月貨運量完成6.2億噸港口集裝箱貨運增幅大

8月17日，市經信委消息，今年1—7月全市貨運量累計完成6.2億噸，同比增長3.7%。其中，港口集裝箱貨運累計完成77萬件標箱，同比增長21.7%，最為搶眼；鐵路運輸累計發(fā)送貨物1045萬噸、到達貨物2830萬噸，運量大、增幅快的貨物品種主要是金屬礦、鋼材等；公路貨運仍占全市總貨運量“大頭”，累計完成貨運5.1億噸，運送貨物種類主要包括生產生活類物資產品；航空運輸累計完成19.7萬噸，以生鮮貨物為主。

蘭渝鐵路預計10月底具備全線開通條件

8月21日，蘭渝鐵路有限責任公司消息，蘭渝鐵路靜態(tài)驗收已全面展開，9月將完工，預計10月底具備全線開通條件。蘭渝鐵路正線全長855公里，建筑總長度1179公里，旅客列車速度目標值160公里/小時，有條件路段預留200公里/小時。蘭渝鐵路是連接我國西北與西南最便捷快速的大能力運輸通道，是國家“一帶一路”倡議及西部大開發(fā)、“渝新歐”大通道的重要組成部分。

On July 25, Chongqing Development and Reform Commission released that a ceremony was held in Shanghai on the founding of a strategic alliance of fi nancial leasing service of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the signing of cooperation agreement.Chongqing, by its active efforts and coordination, obtained the supports of fi nancial leasing about 32 billion yuan. In accordance with cooperation agreement, the alliance, while upholding the principles of “equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages and shared development”, is committed to conducting all-round, high-ef fi ciency and pragmatic leasing cooperation with 11 provinces and cities, and giving fi nancial leasing supports for relevant provinces and cities concerning green ecological corridor of the Yangtze River, ship standardization, integrated and threedimensional transportation, industrial transformation and upgrading and new-type urbanization.

JD lays out new retail experience stores featuring 3C in Chongqing

Chongqing shipment volume reached up to 620 million tons among which port container had a roaring growth

Lanzhou-Chongqing railway is projected to be put into operation at the end of October

On the date of August 21, Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway Co.,Ltd. released that static acceptance of Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway is in full swing, and projected to be completed in September and can be put into operation at the end of October. The railway has a total length of 855 kilometers with the total constructed length of 1179 kilometers. The speed of passenger train is targeted to reach 160 km/h and can reach up to 200 km/h in the good-condition section. Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway represents the most rapid and powerful transportation corridor connecting the northwest of China and the southwest of China, which is an important part of the “the Belt and Road” Initiative, the Western Development strategy and Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe International Railway.
