本項(xiàng)目直接服務(wù)于中國第一個(gè)跨國聯(lián)合申遺，也是最具國際影響力的文化線路遺產(chǎn)，在遺產(chǎn)理論與規(guī)劃技術(shù)方面的挑戰(zhàn)均超越了國境、民族和學(xué)科限定，可謂史無前例。本項(xiàng)目在大量規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)累積和遺產(chǎn)學(xué)術(shù)探討的基礎(chǔ)上，引入國際視野、經(jīng)由集成創(chuàng)新，對超大型文化線路的遺產(chǎn)理論和系列集合遺產(chǎn)規(guī)劃技術(shù)做出創(chuàng)新，構(gòu)建了該跨國文化線路遺產(chǎn)的整套理論體系與規(guī)劃技術(shù)，并對中國境內(nèi)分布于陜西、河南、甘肅、新疆4省的22處絲綢之路遺產(chǎn)點(diǎn)實(shí)施整體保護(hù)、屬地管理提供了有效技術(shù)支撐。2014年“絲綢之路：長安-天山廊道的路網(wǎng)”成為第一項(xiàng)列入《世界遺產(chǎn)名錄》的絲綢之路遺產(chǎn)，被聯(lián)合國譽(yù)為“具有里程碑意義”。

The project directly serves China's first transnational joint application of a cultural route for the list of world heritage, also the most influential one on an international scale in China. Unprecedented challenges the team has met in heritage theory and planning technology are beyond the limit of border, nation and discipline. On the basis of a large number of planning experience and heritage academic research, this project introduces an international vision and integrates various innovations to update the heritage preservation theory of large-scale cultural routes and planning technologies of Series Collection Heritage. It also contributes to building theoretical system and planning technologies of the transnational cultural route heritage, providing an effective technical support for implementing the overall conservation and territorial management of 22 sites in Shaanxi, Henan, Gansu, Xinjiang, Sichuan Province, China. "The Silk Roads: the Routes Network of Chang'an-Tianshan Corridor" became the first Silk Road heritage nominated in the "World Heritage List" in 2014, praised by the UNESCO as "a milestone".
