東南亞測繪協(xié)會的概述

東南亞測繪協(xié)會于1995年3月15日在吉隆坡成立。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，截止到2012年7月6日，東南亞測繪協(xié)會有67個會員單位，其中印度尼西亞有6個會員單位，新加坡有9個會員單位，文萊有4個會員單位，馬來西亞有23個會員單位，泰國有2個會員單位，菲律賓有7個會員單位，越南有3個會員單位，柬埔寨有1個會員單位，中國有12個會員單位。云南省測繪學(xué)會于2006年被東南亞測繪協(xié)會吸收為會員，湖北省測繪學(xué)會在第44屆東南亞測繪協(xié)會理事會上被批準(zhǔn)成為東南亞測繪協(xié)會正式團(tuán)體會員單位。隨后，有一些中國公司陸續(xù)正式成為東南亞測繪協(xié)會的公司會員。

The Introduction of the ASEAN Federation of Land Surveying and Geomatics

The ASEAN Federation of Land Surveying and Geomatics (AFLAG) was established on 15 March 1995, in Kuala Lumpur. According to statistics, as of July 6, 2012, AFLAG has 67 member units. There were 6 member units in Indonesia, 9 member units in Singapore, 4 member units in Brunei, 23 member units in Malaysia, 2 member units in Thailand, 7 member units in Philippines, 3 member units in Vietnam, 1 member unit in Cambodia, and 12 member units in China. Yunnan Association for Surveying and Mapping was absorbed as a member of AFLAG in 2006, and Hubei Province Society for Geodesy, Photogrammetry and Cartography was approved to become the official institutional member of AFLAG in the 44th Council Meeting. Subsequently, some Chinese companies became the official corporate member of AFLAG successively.

加入東南亞測繪協(xié)會的意義

中國測繪組織加入東南亞測繪協(xié)會，有利于中國測繪界與東盟各國的測繪科技團(tuán)體和科技人才建立聯(lián)系和溝通，擴(kuò)大測繪科技交流的范圍，為中國和東南亞國家的測繪技術(shù)交流搭建一座橋梁，實(shí)現(xiàn)國家測繪地理信息局的“中國測繪走出去”的戰(zhàn)略。

The Significance of Joining AFLAG

Surveying and mapping organizations in China joining AFLAG could establish close cooperation and communication with associations and scientific and

technological talents of surveying and mapping in ASEAN countries, and expand the scope of surveying and mapping technology exchanges, which provides the link between China and other ASEAN countries about surveying and mapping technology exchange to achieve “go-out strategy” of National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation.
