Abstract：With the rapid development and wide application of information technology and the Internet， a strong impact in the international environmental administrative reform， the degree of the information-based management has become an important symbol to measure a countrys comprehensive strength， its development will have a great impact on the reform of the administrative system of education. 1. Present situation of E-government in our country

The construction of electronic government affairs in Colleges and universities is a great and long-term project.
