Guirec Soudée from France took a chicken named Monique on a boat with him on his trip around the world， thinking she would be a good source of food （eggs， he meant eggs）. Not only does she lay about 6 eggs a week， she also surfs and swims， catches flying fish that lands on deck［甲板］or skateboards［滑板，溜冰板］with Soudée， and even learns about the maintenance［維護］of a boat. Huge waves or the cold temperatures can’t hold

her back. “She doesn’t create any problems. All I need to do is shout‘Monique！’ and she will come to me，sit on me， give me company［陪伴］.”Soudée told BBC. And if you thought it couldn’t get any cuter， Soudée is also writing a series of children’s books about his adventures with Monique！

秋斯有話說：一名24歲的法國男子駕駛游艇環(huán)游世界，為了保證食物來源，他帶上了一只母雞！噢，醬油雞、白切雞、炸雞、宮保雞丁……想想都有些餓了呢。But，就一只雞夠吃嗎？估計沒出港灣就只剩雞骨頭了吧？哎呀，人家說的食物來源是指雞蛋啦！這只名為莫妮可的母雞不僅下蛋能力杠杠的，以幾乎一天一個的速度在產(chǎn)卵的道路上越走越遠，還會沖浪、游泳、捉魚、玩滑板，甚至還對船只的保養(yǎng)維護略通一二！真可謂撩主人技能滿滿?。〉瑫r它也知道該如何安安靜靜地做一只美麗的小鳥兒，從不給主人添麻煩，怪不得主人要為它寫書呢！

Jolita Vaitkute is an 18-year-old artist from Lithuania［立陶宛］. She likes making portraits［肖像畫］of famous people with food. For a bread factory opening，she and her team made a giant toasted bread［烤面包］artwork. The idea was to recreate［再創(chuàng)造］Vilnius［立陶宛首都維爾紐斯］city. The dimension［尺寸］of the artwork is near 3.5×2.5 meters and they used 1064 slices［片］of bread to make it. Every slice had a code［編碼］. They worked for 50 hours and did a Lithuania’s record—the biggest artwork from toasted bread.

A lost fawn［小鹿］wandered［漫步］into a home in Colorado［科羅拉多州］and， thinking it was bath time， hopped［跳躍］right in the tub［浴缸］.

The homeowners thought it was injured［受傷的］and called the Sheriff’s［縣治安官］office， but officers discovered the Bambi was uninjured， just a little lost without her mother. They removed

the fawn from the bathtub and set it free outside the home to reunite［重聚］with its mother.

A Russian robot reportedly escaped from its laboratory［實驗室］in the city of Perm and caused a traffic jam by rolling out into the street. Researchers at Promobot［銷售機器人］laboratories said the Promotional［推銷的］Robot， a robot designed to interact with［與……互動］humans by answering questions and giving directions， was undergoing［經(jīng)受］tests when it escaped through a gate that had been left open. The lab said Promobot only traveled about 164 feet outside of the gate， but it ended up in the middle of the road when its battery died. Promobot blocked［阻塞］traffic in the middle of the road and a traffic police officer came to guard［看守］it. It was eventually wheeled away［推走］.

秋斯有話說：俄羅斯的一款具備指導和顧問功能的銷售機器人來了一場說走就走的旅行—它在彼爾姆市的實驗室里接受測試時，從工程師忘記關上的大門逃了出去！“世界那么大，我想去看看！人類已經(jīng)阻止不了我了！”不過，它才走出約50米遠，剛剛到馬路中間，電池就沒電了，于是它停在原地堵塞了交通，真是急死（機器）人啊，不得不等交警叔叔來救援了。然后……然后它就這么打道回府了！唉，也是破了世界上最短的旅程紀錄呢！

On Father’s Day， a blog called “Life of Dad” posted a picture of a sleeping baby with 5 cheerios on his nose. “Can you top［給……加蓋］5？？？ Prove［證明］it when you do，” wrote Life of Dad on their facebook page. The image received more than 10，000 comments and hundreds of baby pictures with cheerios［麥圈］on them. Patrick Quinn， the founder of Life of Dad， says that he came up with the idea while playing with his 3-week-old baby. He put one cheerio on his nose and thought it would be fun to see how many he could stack［堆疊］. The rest is history.
