Born in Weifang City， Shandong Province in 1941， Han Qi is a national famous art theorist， painter and writer， member of Chinese Artists Association， honorable president of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute， as well as professor and supervisor of Central Academy of Fine Arts etc. Many of his artworks have been collected by famous organizations and museums. Besides， he also published several monographs.

韓琦，筆名一丁，號(hào)長(zhǎng)安居士，1941年生于山東濰坊安丘市。著名藝術(shù)理論家、作家、畫(huà)家，中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，中國(guó)書(shū)畫(huà)研究院名譽(yù)院長(zhǎng)，中央美術(shù)學(xué)院城市設(shè)計(jì)系藝術(shù)總監(jiān)、教授、研究生導(dǎo)師。

其文學(xué)藝術(shù)專著有《不停的腳步聲》《我所了解的王洛賓》《世界倫理道德大辭典》以及《藝術(shù)論綱》等，評(píng)論文章散見(jiàn)于各種報(bào)刊近百篇。韓先生長(zhǎng)于中國(guó)畫(huà)，其山水畫(huà)大氣磅礴、氣勢(shì)宏偉；花鳥(niǎo)畫(huà)簡(jiǎn)約生動(dòng)、耐人品味。其作品為國(guó)內(nèi)外許多名人及博物館收藏。在第18屆中國(guó)藝術(shù)節(jié)被評(píng)為有卓著貢獻(xiàn)的優(yōu)秀藝術(shù)家，被譽(yù)為博學(xué)、多才、難得的藝術(shù)專家。
