4月22日，重慶市副市長吳剛會見了來渝參加第十二屆重慶高新技術(shù)成果交易會暨第八屆中國國際軍民兩用技術(shù)博覽會的匈牙利外交外經(jīng)部大使維克托亞·赫爾瓦特，以及由約20家單位代表組成的匈牙利代表團。

據(jù)了解，匈牙利受邀作為貴賓國參加本屆重慶高交會，派出了一個由創(chuàng)新技術(shù)企業(yè)、研發(fā)機構(gòu)和大學(xué)約20家單位組成的代表團來到重慶，這是迄今為止，重慶高交會歷史上迎來的最大的國外代表團。他們帶來的項目領(lǐng)域涉及IT軟件應(yīng)用、智能城市發(fā)展、水業(yè)環(huán)保、新能源、醫(yī)藥醫(yī)療設(shè)備等。匈牙利的部分研發(fā)類企業(yè)和機構(gòu)已與重慶高技術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)中心簽署了有關(guān)加入中匈技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心的合作備忘錄。

維克托亞·赫爾瓦特表示，將會為中國和匈牙利雙方帶來更多更好的合作發(fā)展機會。匈牙利政府的“走向東方”政策，與中國提出的“一帶一路”政策相應(yīng)，將促進雙方進一步了解與合作。她還表示，雖是第二次來訪重慶，但對重慶的發(fā)展成就非常贊賞，希望與重慶在科技與智能技術(shù)方面進一步加強合作，并誠摯邀請重慶派遣代表團訪問匈牙利。

吳剛表示，在中國的法律和政策框架下，重慶市政府和科學(xué)教育主管部門將對“中匈技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心”的搭建和建設(shè)進行最大的支持；同時，運用重慶所有的政策優(yōu)勢為雙方的各種合作項目提供各種資源配置。

4月11日，重慶市與多倫多市結(jié)好30周年招待晚會舉行，雙方各界人士歡聚一堂，暢敘友誼，展望美好未來。

市政協(xié)副主席張玲出席并致辭。她表示，重慶與多倫多建立友城的30年，也是重慶經(jīng)濟騰飛和民生改善的30年。在此期間，重慶與多倫多建立了友誼，加深了相互了解，雙方合作的深度和廣度不斷擴大。多倫多在金融服務(wù)、科技創(chuàng)新、小微高科技企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)和清潔技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域具有世界級的領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢，這也是未來重慶的重點發(fā)展領(lǐng)域。希望雙方通力合作，以過去的成績?yōu)樾碌钠瘘c，攜手向前。

多倫多市市長莊德利說，重慶與多倫多建立友城30年，僅僅是雙方友好合作的良好開端。重慶與多倫多同為偉大的城市，在當前時代背景下，也面臨環(huán)境污染、人口老齡化等共同挑戰(zhàn)。希望雙方站在新的起點，攜手創(chuàng)造更加美好的未來。

● 201 6海外華裔青少年“中文學(xué)習(xí)樂園—金輝重慶營”正式開營

4月7日，由中國華文教育基金會主辦、重慶市政府外事僑務(wù)辦、重慶暨華中學(xué)華文教育基地共同承辦的2016年海外華裔青少年“中文學(xué)習(xí)樂園—金輝重慶營”在重慶暨華中學(xué)舉行開營儀式，來自泰國清邁王子學(xué)校和四色菊僑南學(xué)校的31名營員參加儀式。

本次重慶營為營員們安排了豐富多彩的文化學(xué)習(xí)和文化體驗活動，主要有漢語學(xué)習(xí)、武術(shù)、剪紙、民族舞蹈、書法、國畫、文化體驗、參觀、“做一天重慶人”及師生座談交流等內(nèi)容，營員們在30天的營期活動中親身感受了中華文化的博大精深和巴渝文化的獨特魅力。

● 重慶首條直飛英國倫敦航線6月開通 往返機票僅990元

4月21日，天津航空在渝舉行新聞發(fā)布會，宣布將于6月25日開通重慶—倫敦國際航線，該條航線為重慶市首條直飛英國航線。航線的開通將進一步提升重慶對外開放水平，助力西南區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。

據(jù)悉，重慶—倫敦航線由空客A330寬體客機執(zhí)飛，可載客260人。開航初期還將推出驚喜折扣，單程機票660元，往返機票990元（均不含稅）。去程GS7965號航班，每周三、周六14:45從重慶江北機場起飛，倫敦當?shù)貢r間20:25抵達倫敦蓋特威克機場?；爻毯桨嗵朑S7966，倫敦當?shù)貢r間22:25從倫敦蓋特威特機場起飛，北京時間次日16:55到達重慶江北機場。

“重慶—倫敦直航的開通正是中英關(guān)系進入‘黃金時代’的碩果之一，借助6月直航的開通，我們預(yù)計今年將接受超過1萬份到英國的簽證申請?！庇v重慶總領(lǐng)事館副總領(lǐng)事Stephen Agnew表示。

● 荷蘭在渝舉辦國王日招待會

4月26日晚，荷蘭在渝舉辦荷蘭國王日招待會暨荷蘭駐重慶總領(lǐng)事譚敬南離任招待會活動。

荷蘭駐華大使凱羅在致辭中表示，荷蘭駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館的成立，切實幫助荷蘭企業(yè)開拓了中國西部市場，也協(xié)助更多的中國企業(yè)進軍荷蘭以及歐洲市場。荷蘭駐重慶總領(lǐng)事譚敬南自2013年9月上任以來，積極推動荷蘭與重慶在經(jīng)貿(mào)、文化、科技、教育等領(lǐng)域的交流與合作，取得了顯著成效。

重慶市政協(xié)副主席彭永輝表示，荷蘭與重慶有著特殊的歷史淵源，早在第二次世界大戰(zhàn)時期，荷蘭就在重慶設(shè)立過外交機構(gòu)。中荷兩國共同抗擊日本法西斯侵略建立的友誼延續(xù)至今。荷蘭駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館的設(shè)立，促進了雙方在各領(lǐng)域的合作交往進一步深化。譚敬南總領(lǐng)事在渝工作兩年多，給重慶人民留下了深刻印象。重慶希望與荷蘭駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館進一步加強合作，為促進雙方友好合作和共同發(fā)展繼續(xù)努力。

● “中法文化之春”重慶好戲連連

5月5日，由法國藝術(shù)家貝蒂娜·雷姆斯和塞爾日·布哈姆利帶來的攝影展“上海2002”在重慶長江當代美術(shù)館開幕，本次展覽是第十一屆中法文化之春重慶站的活動之一，展出了2002年法國攝影師在上海所拍攝的女性照片。

2015年，中法文化之春收獲超過兩百萬觀眾，完滿地度過了其十周歲生日。2016年，中法文化之春以更精煉的方式呈現(xiàn)充滿驚喜的內(nèi)容，應(yīng)邀參加本屆藝術(shù)節(jié)的法國藝術(shù)家們紛紛從中國的現(xiàn)實題材里汲取靈感，一如既往地展現(xiàn)中法藝術(shù)合作的結(jié)晶。法國駐成都總領(lǐng)事魏雅樹在開幕式上致辭表示，在2002年，上海很像當時的紐約；如今，感覺重慶和上海很像，充滿了魅力和藝術(shù)氣息。

據(jù)悉，本屆中法文化之春于4月29日—6月29日在中國的30座城市舉辦，展現(xiàn)45個項目，共計150場活動，其中有9場活動落地重慶，為重慶觀眾帶來藝術(shù)與生活的享受。

Vice Mayor Wu Gang Meets with the Hungary Foreign Affairs Ministerial Ambassador

On April 22, the Vice Mayor of Chongqing, Mr. Wu Gang met with the Hungary Foreign Affairs ministerial ambassador and representatives from about 20 units of Hungary delegation who came to attend the 12th session of the Chongqing high-tech fair and the eighth China International Exposition of dual-use technology.

It is understood that this Hungary delegation has been the biggest delegations that are to attend the Chongqing hightech fair so far. They have brought projects with them involved in Smart City development, IT software application, water, environmental protection, new energy, medicine and medical equipment. Some of Hungary research and development of enterprises and institutions have signed memorandums about joining the Sino-Hungarian Center for technology transfer with high-tech industrial center of Chongqing.

Chongqing and Toronto Hold its 30th Anniversary Reception

On April 11, the Chongqing municipality and the city of Toronto held its 30th anniversary reception. Vice Chairman of the Chongqing People's Political Consultative Conference, Mrs. Zhang Ling has attended the reception and delivered a speech. She said, Chongqing and Toronto have been established the sister city relations for 30 years, when it’s also the time that Chongqing’s economic is growing fast and people's livelihood is improving. In the meantime, Chongqing and Toronto have been deepening mutual understanding, expanding the depth and breadth of the cooperation. Toronto has advantage in financial services, science and technology, small high-tech enterprises and clean technology, which are also Chongqing, will be working on in the future. She hopes the two sides work together, taking past results as a new starting point and move forward.

2016 Overseas Youth of "Chinese Learning Camp –Jin Hui Chongqing" Offi cially Opens

On April 7, the 2016 overseas youth of "Chinese learning camp – Jin Hui Chongqing" that was sponsored by the Chinese education foundation of China, Chongqing Municipal Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Offi ce, held its opening ceremony in Jihua middle school - the Chinese language education base in Chongqing, 31 members who are from Chiang Mai Prince school and Sisaket Qiao Nan school of Thailand attended the ceremony.

The camp has arranged colorful culture learning and experience activities for campers, mainly about Chinese learning, martial arts, paper cut, folk dance, calligraphy, and painting, and culture experience, visiting and "being a Chongqingness for one day" and the teachers and students discussion Exchange. Campers have experienced the profound Chinese culture and unique charm of Chongqing for 30 days.

First Direct Flight from Chongqing to London to be Open in June for Round-trip only RMB990

On April 21, the Tianjin Aviation held a press conference in Chongqing, announced that the fi rst direct fl ight from Chongqing to London will be opening on June 25th, which will be the fi rst international route from Chongqing to the United Kingdom.

According to the report, the new Chongqing-London route is departing from Chongqing. the opening of the route will further enhance the opening level of Chongqing, promoting regional economic development in the southwest.

It is learnt that the Chongqing-London route is operated by the Airbus A330 wide-body passenger aircraft, with passenger capacity of 260 people. For the opening discount one-way ticket only costs 660 Yuan, 990 Yuan of round trip (Tax not included). Onward flight GS7965, it takes off from Chongqing Jiangbei airport at 14:45 every Wednesday and Saturday, arrives at London's Gatwick Airport at local time 20:25.Return flight GS7966, departs from London at 22:25 local time, arrives at Chongqing Jiangbei airport at local time 16:55.

Netherlands Holds its Netherlands King Day Reception

In the enening of April 26, Netherlands held Netherlands King Day reception and the Netherlands Consul-General Chongqing, Mr. Guido Tielman’s farewell party in Chongqing.

Netherlands Ambassador to China, Mr. Ron Keller said in his speech, the establishment of Netherlands Consulate-General Chongqing has helped the Netherlands enterprises to explore markets in Western China, had also helped more Chinese enterprises to enter the Netherlands and the European market. Ever since Mr. Guido Tielman’s has taken his position of being Netherlands Consul-General Chongqing in September 2013, he has actively promoted the cooperation between Netherlands and Chongqing in economic, trade, cultural, scientific and technological and educational exchanges and, and achieved remarkable results.

Peng Yonghui, Vice-Chairman of Chongqing People's Political Consultative Conference hoped to further strengthen cooperation with the Netherlands Consulate-General Chongqing, and continue efforts to promote bilateral friendly cooperation and common development.

Great Performances to be Continued on Sino-French Cultural Spring Activity

On May 5, a photography exhibition named "Shanghai 2002" which was brought by the two French artists Bettina Rheims and Serge Bramly was opened at Yangtse river contemporary art museum in Chongqing, this exhibition was the one of the 11th session of the Sino-French cultural spring activities in Chongqing, exhibiting all of the photographs of women that were taken by French photographers in Shanghai in 2002.

It is reported that this Sino-French cultural spring will be held in 30 cities of China from April 29 to June 29, showing 45 projects, a total of 150 events, including 9 events opening in Chongqing, to bring enjoyment of art and life for Chongqing audience.
