        海底觀測網(wǎng)岸基控制運(yùn)行與數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)

        摘 要:針對“在我國南海海域構(gòu)建一個海底觀測網(wǎng)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),使之成為我國深海海底觀測技術(shù)的試驗(yàn)基地,使我國初步具備構(gòu)建海底觀測網(wǎng)的技術(shù)能力,為進(jìn)一步開展海底觀測網(wǎng)的建設(shè)提供支撐”的項(xiàng)目研究目標(biāo),該課題的主要研究內(nèi)容包括: 開發(fā)岸基運(yùn)行管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對各接駁與傳感設(shè)備系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的監(jiān)視與控制;集成岸基高壓電源及備用不間斷電源系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)實(shí)施監(jiān)控與管理系統(tǒng);建立GPS天秒對時服務(wù)器及其管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)水下設(shè)備的時間同步管理;建立基站遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與實(shí)時維護(hù)與管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)無人值守時的監(jiān)控與管理;建立基站應(yīng)急響應(yīng)系統(tǒng);設(shè)計(jì)并建立海底網(wǎng)觀測控制與數(shù)據(jù)處理中心;實(shí)現(xiàn)海底觀測試驗(yàn)網(wǎng)多類型、多學(xué)科、多源數(shù)據(jù)的有效獲取和分類存儲,以及可控分發(fā)、可視化展示和監(jiān)測;開發(fā)海底觀測網(wǎng)通用管理軟件系統(tǒng);建立數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)平臺,形成可根據(jù)不同用戶的需求逐步擴(kuò)充的集成服務(wù)支撐體系;建立海底觀測試驗(yàn)網(wǎng)專用網(wǎng)站,采用可視化與多媒體技術(shù)發(fā)布、演示海底觀測試驗(yàn)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果,滿足不同用戶需求,特別是針對社會公眾的宣傳和科普教育需求。課題研究目標(biāo):基于國際海底網(wǎng)絡(luò)通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和協(xié)議,開發(fā)建設(shè)岸基運(yùn)行控制系統(tǒng)、岸基運(yùn)行保障系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)岸基服務(wù)器與水下接駁設(shè)備、水下監(jiān)測設(shè)備的雙向信息傳輸控制與管理;實(shí)現(xiàn)南海試驗(yàn)網(wǎng)的高壓電能的持續(xù)、可靠供給;實(shí)現(xiàn)對水下設(shè)備監(jiān)控、同步和對時。同時,完成海底觀測試驗(yàn)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)、海底觀測試驗(yàn)網(wǎng)信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)海底觀測試驗(yàn)網(wǎng)海量數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時收集、存儲、融合,甄別、處理、發(fā)布、查詢與顯示;建立海底觀測試驗(yàn)網(wǎng)專用網(wǎng)站,為海底環(huán)境的在線可視化監(jiān)測與觀測結(jié)果展示提供途徑。通過岸基控制運(yùn)行與數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)的建立,將使研究人員可以在線了解海底觀測網(wǎng)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)和海底觀測儀器設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),對整個系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控、實(shí)時維護(hù)和應(yīng)急響應(yīng);獲得長期、連續(xù)的海底觀測資料,實(shí)時了解海底動力環(huán)境、地球物理環(huán)境和深?;瘜W(xué)環(huán)境信息。該課題對實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)至關(guān)重要,并對海洋科學(xué)研究、海洋環(huán)境保護(hù)、以及海底資源勘探與開發(fā)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的工作具有重要意義和深遠(yuǎn)影響。

        Abstract: The main research topics include: develop shore-based operation management system, implement operating status monitoring and control for various sensing devices connected to the system; integrate shore-based high voltage power supply and standby uninterruptible power systems; establish a GPS-earth-based time synchronization server and its management system; establish a base station remote monitoring and real-time maintenance and management system; establish base emergency response system; design and build undersea observation network control and data processing center; implement seafloor observatory trial network to achieve multi-type, multi-disciplinary, multi-source data acquisition and classification-effective storage, and distribution control, visualization, display and monitoring; develop seafloor observatory Netcom with management system; establish data service system platform with integrated service support; establish dedicated seafloor observatory test network website. Research goals: based on universal international submarine networks and protocols, develop and construct shore-based operation control system, shore-based operations support system, bidirectional information transmission control and management; achieve and supply reliable consistent high-voltage energy; realize monitoring and time synchronization for underwater equipments. Meanwhile, complete test seafloor observatory network data management systems, seafloor observatory trial network information service system to achieve massive real-time data collection, storage, blending, screening, processing, publishing, query and display; establish seafloor observatory dedicated test network websites for online visualization of seabed environment monitoring and observations. Through established shore-based control and data management system, it will enable researchers to understand seafloor observatory network and status of undersea observation equipment, and implement remote monitoring, real-time maintenance and emergency response; obtain long-term, continuous undersea observation data, understand real-time seabed dynamic, geophysical environment and deep-sea chemical environment. This topic is critical to the achievement of the whole project, marine scientific research, marine environmental protection, seabed resource exploration and development, and other related work.
