摘 要:該文對所研制的海底60 m多用途鉆機(jī)系統(tǒng)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了描述??傮w技術(shù)系統(tǒng)分為海底60 m鉆機(jī)本體、移動式重型海底鉆機(jī)甲板收放系統(tǒng)、基于鉆機(jī)的海底原位測試系統(tǒng)三大部分。海底60 m鉆機(jī)本體采用了最新的繩索取芯技術(shù),在鉆進(jìn)動力頭、多泵液壓系統(tǒng)、多層鉆桿鉆具庫、專用繩索取芯鉆具方面進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì);甲板收放系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了獨(dú)特的V形滑槽,便于鉆機(jī)收放;海底原位測量采用了國際最新的鉆桿聲學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸技術(shù)。該文最后對系統(tǒng)海試方案進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃和描述。

Abstract: This paper describes the design of the 60m seafloor multi-function drill under development. The whole system is divided into 3 subsystems: the prototype of the drill itself, the launch & recovery subsystem and the in-site measurement subsystem. Several newest technologies such as wire coring, multiple oil pumps, specially designed driving head and drilling tools, etc are applied in the drill itself. The L & R subsystem has a special V shaped rail. And the newly developed sonic data transmitting technique is adopted in the in-site measurement subsystem. And the sea trial plan is presented at the end of the paper.
