Mei Chu’an， with pen name Letian/ Fuxing， was born in Jiujiang City， Jiangxi Province in 1948. Now he is chairman of China Maoti Artists Association， president of China Contemporary Painters and Calligraphers Association， member both of China Arts and Crafts Association and China Folk Artists Association， and president of Jiujiang Painters and Calligraphers Association etc.
