Born in Weifang City， Shandong Province in 1941， Shen Xueren， a wellknown artist of China， graduated from Central Academy of Arts and Crafts in 1966. Now he is a member of China Artists Association， member of China Calligraphers Association， honorable president of China National Academy of Painting and Calligraphy， vice president of China Artists Union and vice chairman of International Foundation for Art Fair in Beijing etc. He devoted himself to the research and creation of fine arts， achieving great success and high reputation. He has participated in various exhibitions and won plenty of prizes， enjoying special allowance from the State Council.

沈?qū)W仁，1941年生，山東濰坊人。早年受教于吳作人、劉海粟、李苦禪等老一輩藝術(shù)家。1966年畢業(yè)于中央工藝美術(shù)學(xué)院，博士，國家一級美術(shù)師，高級書法師，高級研究員?，F(xiàn)為中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，中國書法家協(xié)會會員，中國國家書畫院名譽院長，中國名家書畫研究會名譽主席，中國文藝家聯(lián)合會副主席，中國民族文藝家協(xié)會常務(wù)副主席，北京國際藝術(shù)博覽會基金會副會長。

2009年在新中國成立60周年文化藝術(shù)事業(yè)紀(jì)念大會上被授予新中國繪畫藝術(shù)最高榮譽獎；2013年榮獲第二屆“風(fēng)云人物”杯藝術(shù)成就獎、繪畫組特等獎，同年榮獲中國國學(xué)傳承發(fā)展特別貢獻獎金獎、第二屆“國學(xué)杯”全球詩文書畫作品大賽國學(xué)大獎金獎。2013年由人民畫報社、中國畫報出版社出版的《經(jīng)典與不朽——國畫大師沈?qū)W仁畫集》榮獲2013年國際書展中國最具影響力出版物。2014年榮獲中國蘭亭、工藝、美術(shù)終身成就獎；由外文出版社出版的《中國夢——走近中國當(dāng)代名家沈?qū)W仁》畫集，在2014法國國際書展（Frankfurt Book Pair）中榮獲藝術(shù)類“創(chuàng)新獎”；榮獲由風(fēng)云人物報社報業(yè)集團、今日新世界通訊社（美國）聯(lián)合舉辦的2014第三屆“全球風(fēng)云人物杯”“繪畫終身成就獎”；由《世界日報》出版《美麗中國多彩世界——沈?qū)W仁畫集》國際發(fā)行；同年被授予“紀(jì)念建國65周年共和國杰出藝術(shù)家”榮譽稱號。2016年1月2日在人民大會堂召開的“2015年最具影響力年度人物”頒獎大會上被授予“2015年感動中國十大人物”榮譽稱號。享受國家專家特殊津貼。
