摘 要 凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)能夠把凸輪的簡單連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閺膭?dòng)件按工作要求變化的復(fù)雜運(yùn)動(dòng)，從動(dòng)件的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律取決于凸輪的輪廓。根據(jù)實(shí)際要求的從動(dòng)件運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律所設(shè)計(jì)的凸輪輪廓，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)期的工程生產(chǎn)要求。

Graphic Method Design of Disk Cam Profile//YU Min

Abstract The cam mechanism can change the simple continuous motion of the cam to the complex motion of the follower according to the work requirement. The motion law of the follower depends on the profile of the cam. According to the cam profile designed by the actual requirements of the follower motion law， it is possible to achieve the expected requirements of engineering.

凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)由凸輪、從動(dòng)件和機(jī)架組成，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、緊湊，能夠把凸輪的簡單連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閺膭?dòng)件的連續(xù)或不連續(xù)的任意預(yù)期運(yùn)動(dòng)。凸輪是主動(dòng)件，從動(dòng)件的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律由凸輪輪廓決定。凸輪輪廓的設(shè)計(jì)是以選定的從動(dòng)件運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律為依據(jù)的。endprint
