介紹活動計劃類文章是介紹相關活動安排的應用文，是高考英語應用文主要考查的形式之一。一般來說，考生只需要說明活動內容和時間安排即可，相對比較簡單。下面以2015年高考英語新課標II卷書面表達題為例，來看寫介紹活動計劃類文章需要注意哪些方面。

高考真題

假定你是李華，計劃和同學去敬老院（nursing home）陪老人們過重陽節(jié)（the Double Ninth Festival）。請給外教露西寫封郵件，邀她一同前往，內容包括：

1. 出發(fā)及返回時間；

2. 活動：包餃子、表演節(jié)目等。

正確使用時態(tài)

介紹活動計劃類文章的主要內容是介紹即將舉行的活動，因此在時態(tài)上要體現一般將來時的特點。在寫作時，同學們應認真考慮所介紹活動是否真正發(fā)生在未來，如果確屬如此，應將一般將來時落實到表示未來活動的每一個動詞上去，以使表達更準確。比如下頁的參考范文劃線句子中we'll go and make以及we'll also spend都使用了一般將來時，來表示go、make、spend都是將來的動作。介紹活動計劃類文章也可能涉及對活動地點的介紹，此時應注意其時態(tài)規(guī)律。介紹活動地點的過去情況應以一般過去時為主，介紹活動地點的現狀應以一般現在時為主，介紹活動地點的未來情況應以一般將來時為主?？傊?，同學們要增強分析時態(tài)的意識，避免不必要的失分。

正確表達時間

寫介紹活動計劃類文章時經常會出現不同的時間，這時應注意時間的正確表達，不能受母語影響，根據漢語思維習慣來寫（如“早上”就用morning，“下午”就用afternoon），而應根據英語表達習慣來組織語句（如“上午”應表達為in the morning，“下午”應表達為in the afternoon）。此外，還應特別注意介詞的正確使用，比如“在晚上”應用介詞in表達成in the evening，“在夜里”應用介詞at表達成at night。

介紹活動計劃類文章中經常會出現表示月份、星期等的詞匯。比如表示月份常見的表達有in August、last December等，表示星期常見的表達有范文中的next Saturday，還有l(wèi)ast weekend/week、this week、once a week、at weekends等。此外，有的時間表達常與一般過去時搭配，比如yesterday （afternoon）、an hour ago、the other day、in 1982、just now、today等；有的時間表達常與一般將來時搭配，比如next year、tomorrow、in the future、before long等；還有的時間表達常與現在進行時搭配，比如now、right now、at present、at this moment、these days等。這些時間表達有助于大家選用正確的時態(tài)，因此也要注意積累和總結。

善用過渡性詞匯

在寫介紹活動計劃類文章時可能需要交代活動的先后順序，此時可使用過渡性詞匯first、second、then、finally、in the end等。交代活動時間的變換時可以使用yesterday/tomorrow、in the morning/afternoon/evening、next Monday/week等。介紹活動內容時可以使用besides、what's more、in addition、at the same time、in the meanwhile、also等過渡性詞匯。

2015年高考英語新課標II卷書面表達題參考范文中的劃線部分主要介紹活動內容，文中使用了過渡性詞匯also，我們也可以使用besides或what's more，將其改為：We'll go and make dumplings and cakes with the elderly people there. Besides/What's more， we'll spend some fun time together singing， dancing and playing games， which we hope will make them happy. 如果有多個活動內容需要介紹時，可以將這些詞匯結合起來使用，使行文更加連貫。

掌握常用句式

介紹活動計劃類文章介紹的活動可能不同，但其使用的語言表達也是有規(guī)律可循的。下面我們結合參考范文來總結一些介紹活動計劃的常用句式。

邀請某人參加活動：①I'd like to invite you to join us for a visit to ... ②Would you like to join us in ...？ ③You're welcome to join us in ... ④I'd like to show you around ...

介紹集合和出發(fā)情況：①We'll meet at ... ②I'll wait for you at ... ③We'll start off at ...

介紹分組活動：We will be divided into a few groups.

介紹不同活動內容：①We'll have many activities such as ...， ...

and ... ②There will be many activities like ...， ... and ... ③We'll spend some time together v-ing， v-ing and v-ing.

說明要在活動地點拍照留念：①We will take photos there. ②Many photos will be taken there.

表達活動將給人留下深刻印象：①... will deeply impress you. ②You'll be deeply impressed by ... ③... will make a deep impression on you. ④... will leave you deeply impressed.

介紹返回時間：①We will return at ... in the afternoon. ②We should be back around ... in the afternoon.

表示盼望被邀請人回復：①Looking forward to your reply. ②I'm waiting for your early reply.
