English Abstracts

Abstract:this paper investigates the relationship between exchange rate and stock market in China. While the results based on whole sample support the“stock oriented theory”，ie.there exist uni-directional spillover effects from SM to FEM，including return spillover，shock&volatility spillover and cross-market spillover，the analysis based on two sbusamples divided by the brokeout of financial crisis turns out different significantly before and after Oct 18，2007.Specifically，the pre-crisis subsample analysis supports“flow oriented theory”，but the after-crisis subsample analysis confirms the“stock oriented theory”.The above change reflects the spread of international diversification of asset allocation which in turn increases the interdependence between exchange rate and stock market in China.

The Coexistence of Conservatism and the Characteristics of the Kuomintang Wartime Nationalism

It is the basic connotation of the Kuomintang wartime nationalism to ask for the independence and freedom of Chinese nation and to explore the equality of all ethnic groups.The outstanding characteristics of Kuomintang nationalism are follows:Firstly，it is obviously conservative because its inclination to highlight the inheritance of Chinese traditional morality；secondly，it has an open and global vision to emphasize China's position that China is the maintenance of world peace and an important part of the anti-fascist war，which transcends narrow nationalism and is rational nationalism.The characteristics of the Kuomintang nationalism embodies two tendencies:to go back to tradition and to engoge in world economy.

The Problem of Investigating Rents in the Process of Reducting Rents of the Northwest Shanxi（1944—1946）

Abstract:After the outbreak of the war，the CPC implemented rent and interest reduction policy to solve the farmers′land issues and achieved remarkable results.However，in practice，in the process of rent reduction，many phenomena such as tenancy disputes turing one after another and reducing rent not thorough are very prominent.In order to further improve the work of rent reduction，adjusting the rural class relations，uniting all the classes of the anti-Japanese，Northwest Shanxi base carried out extensive and in-depth investigation rent movement under the central government's instructions.In the process of investigating rents，Northwest Shanxi base creatively implemented the CCP's land policy，solved various issues effectively，and formed some distinctive characteristics in aspectsoforganizationmobilization，bothin process and methods.Consequently，effectively promoting the reduction of rent-depth development of the movement has caused profound changes in the rural economy and society.

On Improving the System of Trust Administrator

Abstract:Scholars have different opinions on basic principles of Trust Law.The most important principle of Trust Law is to guarantee the complishment of trust purpose by analyzing the structure，the characteristic of trust.Therefore，the legal status of trust administrator in trust structure and thesetting-up and improvement of the system are thought to be the key of guarantee the complishment of trust purpose.For the legal status of trust administrator，we should analyze by relating our country's legislation and practice.Positioning trust administrator as trustee of the trust property，on one hand，it accords with the structure of trust and meets the doctrinal requirement；on the other hand，it can keep the unity of rule of law.Then，this paper will mainly interpret and discuss the system of trust administrator from the perspective of trust entity，procedure and function optimization.This paper also offer a proposal on improving the system of trust administrator according to the previous analysis.

On the Differences between the Two Versions of Qinshuji（親屬記）

Abstract:There are two printed versions of Qinshuji（親屬記）.One is from Guangya series（廣雅叢書），and the other is from Chaojingchao completed works（巢經(jīng)巢全集）.The punctuated version published by zhonghua book company and it's master copy from Guangya series is only a half of the version from Chaojingchao completed works. The content of the version from Guangya series of two volumes is equaled to the volume one of the version from Chaojingchao completed works，but there are some differences:the version from Guangya series on entries arrangement，entries including，words arrangement，words including and explanations，and there are even some different places to supple the version from Chaojingchao completed works.

On Zhu Xi's Aesthetic Pursuit to Achieve Mastery through Calligraphy and Poetry——Center on the Vigorous Strokes

Abstract:Zhu Xi put forward“the calligraphy level improves with age”，and he believes that with the skills and internal energy growing，the literary strokes also gradually became vigorous.He respected the vigorous strokes in creation and criticism practice of calligraphy and poetry，and thought that the vigorous strokes of calligraphy and poetry was the embodiment of the writer's gentle personality and broad mind，so by advocating vigorous strokes could the weak social mood be reversed，which is the manifestation of his utilitarian viewpoint of literature and art.Originally speaking，Zhu Xi's heroic aesthetics is also based on his Neo Confucianism of respecting Yang more than Yin，and his moral ideal of modeling after the gentle personality.Finally，in addition to vigorous strokes，his aesthetic pursuit to achieve mastery through calligraphy and poetry is also reflected in other ways，such as Xiao San Aeolus，dignified structure and quaint charm，with all these，jointly interpreting his aesthetics pursuit to“neutral”.

Screen Studies:The Integrated Approach to Film and TV Studies in‘Metamedia Age'

Abstract:With the development of computer and digital technology，the specialties of different media has disappeared，and open new window to the integration of media forms and content production.Today，the window`s material form is the ubiquitous screens.So，the screen become the core of many visual arts such as cinema，television，electrical games and installation art etc.because it play the role of link these visual arts，and become so-called‘metamedia'in my opinion.The on-going screen studies provide a new theoretical view for cinema and TV studies to explore the new territory and come into being the new integrated approach.The author briefly describe the approach from why should pay attention to screen studies，what screen studies focus on and what is the principles to do screen studies.

Typical Model of Du Fu's Poetry and Comment on Qiuxing he Duyun by Rao Zongyi

Abstract:It is an important way to imitate the typical works of traditional poetics.Rao Zongyi writed Qiuxing he Duyun by imitating Du Fu's poems， which highlighted the question about poetics acceptance.It's not underestimated how to understand and appreciate the typical model of Du Fu's poems，which involved both criticism essays and poetry creation.For the criticism，former scholars' viewpoints were in disaccord as result of the different purports.For the works，the styles and sentiments are variant between three verses，Du Fu's，Li Shangyin's，and Rao Zongyi's.There is a cool and refreshing realm in Qiuxing he Duyun.Sum up，his work is of own value from scholar and poet though it is not as the typical model of Du Fu's poems.

Legislative Principles of Criminal Law in the Field of Advanced Medicine

Abstract:The advanced medicine has brought out new challenges to Criminal Law.On the ideal level，it is human's dignity that has been illustrated as the legitimacy basis of criminal regulation to advanced medicine.Furthermore，on the technology level，the principles of enacting new criminal provisions of advanced medicine should be clarified. By defining relevant upperseat principles，clarifying contents of directions，ideas and rules of Criminal Law's modification，referring to practice of life science and technology law，and integrating with characteristics of advanced medicine.The principles of legitimating new criminal provisions on advanced medicine have been proposed that are principle of assuring facts，principle of typing crimes，principle of harmonizing with provisions，principle of internationalizing law and principle offoreseeing risks.

Productivity Analysis of Life Insurance Companies based on Malmquist index and its decomposition

Abstract:The productivity change of Chinese life insurance companies can be decomposed into change in resource use due to efficiency change and change in resource use due to technological change.And the latter can be further decomposed intoanindexofoutput-biasedtechnological change，an index of input-biased technological change and an index of the magnitude of technological change.During 2005-2012，the majority of these companies witness significant progress in productivity.Comparing to the Sino-foreign joint venture life insurance companies，the domestic ones fall behind in technological change，rather than efficiency change.Moreover，the life insurance companies are more opt to improve their technology and total factor productivity when the scales are larger.
