Zhang Jing was born in Jinan City， Shandong Province in 1975 and graduated in 1998， achieving the master degree. Now she is an associate professor in CAPF Institute of Politics， a member both of China Artists Association and China Hue Art Association， a researcher of CAPF Calligraphy Research Institute， etc. She is skilled in different kinds of paintings， especially the flower- bird painting and figure painting. She has participated in various exhibitions and won grand prizes. Many of her artworks have been collected by famous organizations and collectors.

張靜，女，1975年生于山東省濟南市，1998年大學畢業(yè)后入伍，碩士研究生。現(xiàn)任武警政治學院副教授，中國美術家協(xié)會會員，中國工筆畫學會會員，武警部隊美術書法研究院研究員，武警院校書畫院研究員，北京大學美術學專業(yè)（中國畫方向）研究生課程進修班在讀（導師：李翔）。

花鳥、人物和山水畫均有研習，尤擅花鳥畫和人物畫創(chuàng)作。作品風格清新淡雅，朦朧秀美，多次入選武警部隊、全軍和全國畫展并獲獎，并被國內外多家機構和個人收藏?！睹佬g報》、《中國書畫報》、《解放軍美術書法》、《人民武警報》、《人民警察》等報刊多次刊登其作品。
