《普通混凝土用砂、石質(zhì)量及檢驗(yàn)方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》JGJ 52-2006 強(qiáng)制性條文規(guī)定:對(duì)于長(zhǎng)期處于潮濕環(huán)境的重要混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)所用的砂、石,應(yīng)進(jìn)行堿活性檢驗(yàn)?!痘炷临|(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB 50164-2011中對(duì)粗骨料的規(guī)定:對(duì)粗骨料或用于制作粗骨料的巖石,應(yīng)進(jìn)行堿活性檢驗(yàn),包括堿-硅酸反應(yīng)活性檢驗(yàn)和堿-碳酸鹽反應(yīng)活性檢驗(yàn);對(duì)于有預(yù)防混凝土堿-骨料反應(yīng)要求的混凝土工程,不宜采用有堿活性的粗骨料。對(duì)于砂的規(guī)定:河砂和海砂應(yīng)進(jìn)行堿-硅酸反應(yīng)活性檢驗(yàn);人工砂應(yīng)進(jìn)行堿-硅酸反應(yīng)活性檢驗(yàn)和堿-碳酸鹽反應(yīng)活性檢驗(yàn);對(duì)于有預(yù)防混凝土堿-骨料反應(yīng)要求的混凝土工程,不宜采用有堿活性的砂。由此可見(jiàn),砂石的堿活性試驗(yàn),是混凝土質(zhì)量控制的重要指標(biāo)。混凝土抗硫酸鹽類(lèi)侵蝕防腐劑可以使混凝土具有抗鹽類(lèi)離子侵蝕、抗凍融循環(huán)破壞及高抗?jié)B透等良好性能。因此在要求防腐、抗?jié)B、抗凍的工程應(yīng)用廣泛。
隨著人工骨料、混凝土抗硫酸鹽類(lèi)侵蝕防腐劑在工程的廣泛應(yīng)用,檢測(cè)原材料合格與否的工作尤為突出和重要。膨脹率是檢驗(yàn)骨料堿活性、混凝土抗硫酸鹽類(lèi)侵蝕防腐劑是否合格的重要指標(biāo)。堿活性試驗(yàn)、膨脹率試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確,是判斷產(chǎn)品合格的關(guān)鍵,是工程質(zhì)量最基本的保障。
在檢測(cè)過(guò)程中,做堿活性、膨脹率試驗(yàn)用傳統(tǒng)的試模成型時(shí)給檢測(cè)人員帶來(lái)諸多不便。由于堿活性試驗(yàn)、膨脹率試驗(yàn)都要成型試塊,因此試模質(zhì)量、拆裝便捷與否都影響了試塊的質(zhì)量。對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)堿活性試驗(yàn)、膨脹率試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)方法用試模,需將測(cè)頭一端用薄膜纏繞,再裝進(jìn)試模的預(yù)留穿孔中,然后用螺絲擰緊。在這過(guò)程中,由于纏繞薄膜的厚度、擰緊螺絲的力度無(wú)法定性,導(dǎo)致試件成型后在拆模過(guò)程中,有測(cè)頭脫落的現(xiàn)象。導(dǎo)致試樣無(wú)效,需要重新成型、檢測(cè)。大大降低了工作效率,不僅耽誤時(shí)間,而且影響工程進(jìn)度,耗費(fèi)人力、財(cái)力。為了改變這種狀況,我們對(duì)試模進(jìn)行研究,并做出改進(jìn)試模的具體措施。聯(lián)系廠家后,要求廠家按我們的具體要求(改變拆裝結(jié)構(gòu)。把預(yù)留穿孔、螺絲擰緊結(jié)構(gòu)改成無(wú)需螺絲擰緊的單邊封閉預(yù)留孔結(jié)構(gòu))生產(chǎn)試模。改進(jìn)后的試模,直接把測(cè)頭插進(jìn)預(yù)留孔,無(wú)需纏繞薄膜和用螺絲擰緊過(guò)程,在拆模過(guò)程中,無(wú)測(cè)頭脫落現(xiàn)象,確保檢測(cè)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性,大大提高了工作效率,節(jié)約了成本。改進(jìn)前后試模照片對(duì)比:改進(jìn)前傳統(tǒng)試模見(jiàn)圖1~圖3。改進(jìn)后便捷拆裝試模見(jiàn)圖4

砂、石的堿活性有很多方法進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。我們大部分用砂漿棒長(zhǎng)度法進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。砂、石的堿活性試驗(yàn),混凝土抗硫酸類(lèi)侵蝕防腐劑的膨脹率檢測(cè)時(shí),我們根據(jù)火電工程、工民建工程、水電等工程的不同,試件的制作過(guò)程嚴(yán)格按照相關(guān)規(guī)范要求步驟進(jìn)行??墒怯捎趥鹘y(tǒng)試模的弊端,使得有些試件測(cè)頭松動(dòng)、甚至脫落,在檢測(cè)中有數(shù)據(jù)偏離導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)臨界值的情況?,F(xiàn)用傳統(tǒng)試模和便攜拆裝試模進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)對(duì)比。(除試模不一樣外,其他條件均一致)
1、用砂漿棒長(zhǎng)度法檢測(cè)砂、石堿-硅酸反應(yīng)。
用傳統(tǒng)試模90d膨脹率數(shù)據(jù):0.043%,0.048%,0.045%,0.042%,0.050%,0.047%,0.050%,0.048%,0.043%,0.050%。傳統(tǒng)試模180d膨脹率數(shù)據(jù):0.067%,0.061%,0.069%,0.063%,0.076%,0.067%,0.063%,0.065%,0.059%,0.077%。
用便捷試模90d膨脹率數(shù)據(jù):0.044%,0.047%,0.045%,0.043%,0.049%,0.047%,0.049%,0.047%,0.044%,0.048%。便捷試模180d膨脹率數(shù)據(jù):0.062%,0.067%,0.061%,0.067%,0.062%,0.070%,0.059%,0.067%,0.062%,0.068%。由《水工混凝土試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》SL352-2006、《普通混凝土用砂、石質(zhì)量及檢驗(yàn)方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》JGJ52-2006、《水工混凝土砂石骨料試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》DL/T 5151-2014可知,對(duì)于砂、石料,當(dāng)砂漿半年膨脹率超過(guò)0.10%,或3個(gè)月膨脹率超過(guò)0.05%時(shí)(只有在缺少半年膨脹率資料時(shí)才有效),即評(píng)定具有危害性的活性骨料。反之,如低于上述數(shù)值,則評(píng)為非活性骨料?!督ㄖ蒙啊稧B/T 14684-2011、《建筑用卵石、碎石》GB/T 14685-2011中規(guī)定:當(dāng)半年膨脹率小于0.10%時(shí)危害,判定為無(wú)潛在堿一硅酸反應(yīng)危害。否則,則判定為有潛在堿一硅酸反應(yīng),采用修約值比較法進(jìn)行評(píng)定。
由上述數(shù)據(jù)可知,傳統(tǒng)試模90d數(shù)據(jù)有3組數(shù)值為0.050%在臨界邊緣,其余90d和180d數(shù)據(jù)均滿足規(guī)范要求。便捷試模90d和180d數(shù)據(jù)均滿足規(guī)范要求。
2、用統(tǒng)試模與便捷試模成型抗硫酸鹽類(lèi)侵蝕防腐劑,檢測(cè)其膨脹率
用傳統(tǒng)試模1d膨脹率數(shù)據(jù):0.056%,0.072%,0.050%,0.053%,0.080%,0.065%,0.050%,0.058%,0.073%,0.062%。傳統(tǒng)試模28d膨脹率數(shù)據(jù):0.047%,0.031%,0.039%,0.033%,0.053%,0.047%,0.030%,0.042%,0.059%,0.047%。
用便捷試模1d膨脹率數(shù)據(jù):0.064%,0.077%,0.055%,0.083%,0.089%,0.067%,0.059%,0.077%,0.054%,0.058%。便捷試模28d膨脹率數(shù)據(jù):0.052%,0.060%,0.041%,0.057%,0.062%,0.040%,0.059%,0.062%,0.032%,0.036%。
《混凝土抗硫酸鹽類(lèi)侵蝕防腐劑》JC/T 1011-2006中規(guī)定:1d膨脹率≥0.05%、28d膨脹率≤0.60%。由上述數(shù)據(jù)可知,傳統(tǒng)試模1d數(shù)據(jù)有2組數(shù)值為0.050%在臨界邊緣,其余1d和28d數(shù)據(jù)均滿足規(guī)范要求。便捷試模1d和28d數(shù)據(jù)均滿足規(guī)范要求。
由此可見(jiàn)傳統(tǒng)試模試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性不高。

通過(guò)傳統(tǒng)試模和便捷拆裝試模比較,可見(jiàn)便捷拆裝試模不但可以提高檢測(cè)人員的工作效率,還能提高檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性,節(jié)約檢測(cè)成本。應(yīng)在檢測(cè)行業(yè)里應(yīng)廣泛推行。
