Located on the lobby level and unifed by its clean， modern interior， Te China House comprises four distinctive components： the garden， the restaurant， \"I deck\" – the private area on the mezzanine level and the lounge. The entrance to China House transcends itself to open into a garden area where one can experience the pleasure of dining in pagodas encircled by natural bamboo plants， while a bridge over flowing water leads the diners to their tables - signifying the beginning of a journey.

主廚及其烹飪團(tuán)隊從中國引進(jìn)美味珍饈，包括精選原生態(tài)素食及非素食。重頭戲當(dāng)數(shù)四川美味辣食、招牌中式佳肴如北京烤鴨、叫花雞、手拉“擔(dān)擔(dān)面”及北方蒸、煎餃。四川菜系與印度人口味一拍即可，其關(guān)鍵食材——四川胡椒功不可沒。

Each corner of the restaurant has a tale to tell. Te jewel in the crown are the interactive open kitchens comprising fve stations – an appetiser section， a noodle and dumpling station， the Peking Duck station， the wok section and the dessert station. Te \"Pick Your Fish\" corner， where guests can select their favourite seafood from natural seawater tanks and India’ s frst wood-fred Peking Duck oven， are defnitely a gourmand’ s delight.

Chef Yuzuo Han and his team of culinary experts bring from China delicacies that include a fne selection of robust vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes， with an emphasis on the spicy Sichuan cuisine， along with signature Chinese delights such as \"Peking Duck\"， \"Beggar’ s Chicken\"， hand-pulled\"Dan-Dan\" noodles， and Northern-style steamed and fried dumplings. Te key ingredient that forms the character of Sichuan cuisine is the Sichuan peppercorns that lend a fatering tone to this cuisine， making it ideally suited to the Indian palate.

Proceeding towards the main lounge area， plush oversized sofas and armchairs form a circle， with island-style LED light bars and an array of botles and unconventional glassware that appear suspended on large glass shelves overhead. Avant-garde interiors form a part of the only private room here， while semi-private booths and open spaces add to the atmosphere as the music glides through the air. Te in-house signature beverages， from the classics to unique afer-dinner cocktails， enhance the feel of the lounge even further. Multi-faceted in spirit， the lounge area serves as a versatile retreat and the ideal place to linger afer dinner over a drink， or party to the high-energy music spun by the in-house DJ.

Afer breaking through and successfully introducing an authentic Chinese menu， including best-selling favourites - Peking Duck， Beggars Chicken， Sichuan poached sliced lamb and a combination of interesting dumplings to name just a few - Te China Kitchen has launched the restaurant’ s largest and most extensive menu since it frst opened six years ago. Te China Kitchen’ s new menu includes a variety of choices for vegetarians， 31 varieties of dumpling and creative interpretations of dessert， bringing a distinctive menu to the city’ s existing Chinese food scene， and ofering the guests a break from the norm.

With a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients， Te China Kitchen menu has been well crafed under the direct supervision of master chefs， and each one of them is a crafsman in his speciality. Te ingredients form an important part of the restaurant and in order to retain the authenticity of the cuisine， a large variety of vegetables is grown on their own farms using Chinese seeds. Te China Kitchen provides the perfect introduction to authentic Chinese cuisine accompanied by an excellent selection of wines and Chinese beverages. A specially designed wine wall showcases the wine selection， which is stored at the correct temperature to suit all connoisseurs.
