【摘要】旅游地產(chǎn)的綠色開發(fā)是可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念在旅游及其相配套的地產(chǎn)建設(shè)中的具體體現(xiàn)。文章先通過對綠色旅游地產(chǎn)的內(nèi)涵界定及潛在價值進行淺析,借鑒祝曄建立的可量化的旅游地產(chǎn)綠色開發(fā)評價指標(biāo)體系;以調(diào)查問卷的形式,對銀川市瑞信.溫泉小鎮(zhèn)進行調(diào)查,采用層次分析法與模糊綜合評價法相結(jié)合的方法,對該旅游地產(chǎn)進行初步評價,結(jié)果表明:影響旅游地產(chǎn)綠色開發(fā)的因子有生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)、綠色建筑開發(fā)、綠色旅游倡導(dǎo),溫泉小鎮(zhèn)綜合評分為81分,即旅游房地產(chǎn)的綠色開發(fā)水平剛剛處于“良”等級;最后提出針對性建議,以期為銀川市綠色旅游地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商投資提供相應(yīng)的理論分析依據(jù)。
Abstract:The green development of tourist real estate is the idea of sustained development in the embodiment of tourism and real estate construction.Firstly the paper analyze defining content and potential value of the green tourist real estate.Then learning The quantifiable index system of the green development tourist real estate from profess ZhuYer aims to Spa Town of Ruixin by means of questionnaire.Using the method of AHP and FCE to Preliminary evaluate the tourist real estate of Yinchuan.The results showed that affecting the green development of tourist real estate are eco-environment construction,development of green architecture and green tourism advocates.The comprehensive score of Spa Town of Ruixin is 81,that is to say the green development of tourist real estate just at good rating.Finally,Promoting several pertinent suggestions to provide the corresponding theoretical analysis basis for the development of green tourist real estate of Yinchuan.
