護(hù)士：我們對(duì)每一位病人都是負(fù)責(zé)的。每種疾病的治療都有一定的原則。 藥物的劑量是根據(jù)寶寶的年齡和體重計(jì)算的,請(qǐng)您放心!

病兒媽媽：呵，我怎么能放得下心! 我最不放心的就是怕你們給耽誤了!

護(hù)士：我能理解您的心情，請(qǐng)相信我對(duì)您說(shuō)的都是心里話。俗話說(shuō),“病去如抽絲”,疾病好轉(zhuǎn)都有一個(gè)過(guò)程。您寶寶得的是病毒性腸炎。一般來(lái)說(shuō),病毒感染的疾病要一周左右的時(shí)間,才會(huì)好轉(zhuǎn)。

病兒媽媽：呦，你看，小孩又拉了,快去喊醫(yī)生過(guò)來(lái)。(孩子哭)

護(hù)士：好。您別著急! 我馬上去喊醫(yī)生。

(醫(yī)生檢查后,認(rèn)為糞便中的水分減少了,病情有好轉(zhuǎn)。)

病兒媽媽：又說(shuō)好! 我就知道你們不心疼孩子。

護(hù)士：這里的醫(yī)生都是很有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的。剛才醫(yī)生還用試劑測(cè)試了一下糞便的酸堿度,情況確實(shí)是好多了。

(家屬準(zhǔn)備給孩子換尿布)

護(hù)士：張姐,我來(lái)幫你。

(護(hù)士用溫水給孩子清洗臀部,換上干凈的尿布)

護(hù)士：張姐，寶寶的大便情況好多了。不過(guò),還是要繼續(xù)喂去乳糖奶粉。這樣容易消化,有利于腸黏膜的修復(fù)。寶寶最近階段的飲食要清淡，這樣奶水中的脂肪含量也能少一些。另外，你要給寶寶多喂水，補(bǔ)充寶寶所需的水分。

病兒媽媽：你的態(tài)度還算是不錯(cuò)。

護(hù)士：謝謝，寶寶好象是要睡覺了，待會(huì)我再來(lái)看寶寶。

(2 h后,護(hù)士第二次來(lái)到床邊。)

病兒媽媽：小陸啊，寶寶已經(jīng)兩個(gè)小時(shí)沒(méi)拉了。我現(xiàn)在放心多了,謝謝。

Interactions

Nurse: We are responsible for every patient. There are certain principles to the treatment of every disease. The dosage of the drug was calculated according to the baby’s age and weight. Please do not worry.

Patient’s Mother：How could I not worry. What I’m concerned about the most is that you might have delayed her treatment.

Nurse: I can understand how you feel. Please believe me for what I said to you was from my heart. People used to say “To recover from an illness is like reeling off raw silk from the cocoons.” It will take certain process for the disease to become better. What your baby got is viral enteritis,and in general,a virus infected disease needs about one week to recover.

Patient’s Mother: Look,the child has diarrhea again. Call the doctor quickly. (The baby is crying).

Nurse: OK,don’t worry. I will call the doctor right the way.

(After exam the baby,the doctor thinks the water content in the stool has decreased,the illness has taken a favorable turn.)

Patient’s Mother: You keep saying the illness is getting better. I know you do not care about my child.

Nurse: The doctors here are all very experienced. The doctor who examined your child also tested the acid-base concentration of her excrement. The situation is really much better.

(The baby’s mother prepared to change the diaper for the child.)

Nurse: Mrs. Li,let me help you.

(The nurse washed the buttock of the baby with warm water and put on a clean diaper.)

Nurse: Mrs. Li,the baby’s stool is much better. But she still should be fed with lactose free milk powder. It is easy to digest and is good for the intestines mucous membrane to repair. Also,your diet should also be light at the present time,so that there will be less fat in your breast milk. In addition,you should give more water to the baby to supplement the baby’s water need.

Patient’s Mother: Your attitude is not too bad.

Nurse: Thank you. The baby is about to sleep. I will come to see her later.

(Two hours later,the nurse came back a second time to her bedside)

Patient’s Mother: Thank you very much. My baby has not had a bowel movement for two hours. I feel much better now.
