重慶兩江新區(qū)航空產業(yè)園位于兩江新區(qū)龍盛片區(qū)，規(guī)劃面積約8平方公里。按照《重慶市人民政府關于發(fā)展通用航空產業(yè)的意見》，兩江航空產業(yè)園將大力發(fā)展培育通用航空制造、通航運營、通航培訓、通航金融等產業(yè)板塊，努力把通用航空發(fā)展成為重慶的新興產業(yè)。

兩江航投集團承載著園區(qū)及產業(yè)環(huán)境打造、招商引資和市場培育的重要作用，位于園區(qū)核心的龍興起降點在重慶獲批西部首批低空改革試點城市的基礎上，正在開展升級為通用機場的前期工作。同時，啟動建立多網絡通道支持的航空信息專網項目，為保障飛行提供標準；正在聯(lián)合國內金融巨頭發(fā)起成立融資租賃公司，為產業(yè)發(fā)展提供金融支撐。

目前，園區(qū)已成功入駐重慶通航集團、瑞士皮拉圖斯飛機、美國恩斯特龍直升機、飛行學院重慶通培公司、重慶航空職業(yè)學校等企業(yè)，擁有2個整機品牌、2所培訓學校、5個機型，實現了重慶通航產業(yè)“從無到有”。截止2014年底，累計投資近100億元，全部建成后將形成年產150架固定翼飛機、100架直升機的整機制造能力，同時形成相應的飛機零部件制造及航空人才培訓等配套能力。

根據重慶市打造西部通航高地的戰(zhàn)略目標，園區(qū)將打造成為“多品牌整機、全系列配套”的高端裝備制造業(yè)產業(yè)集群，集聚通航運營及服務的現代服務業(yè)體系，加快將兩江新區(qū)建設成為內陸重要的先進制造業(yè)和現代服務業(yè)基地。

With a planned area eight square kilometers,the Aviation Industry Park is located in the Longsheng Section of Chongqing’s Liangjiang New Area.In accordance with “Chongqing Municipal Government’s Guidelines for Developing General Aviation Industry”,the Park will focus on the manufacturing,operation,training and finance of general aviation,with a vision to make general aviation one of the emerging industries in Chongqing.

Chongqing Liangjiang Aviation Industry Investment Group co.,Ltd(AIIG) is responsible for nurturing the industrial environment,attracting investments,and developing the local market.Located at the central part or the Park,Longxing Take-Off-and-Landing Point has been approved as one of the first pilot locations in western China for low-altitude flights and it is in the process of being upgraded to a general aviation airport.Besides,efforts are being made to build a dedicated aviation information network supported by multiple networks,which will become the standards to managing general aviation flights.AIIG has also joined force with a major financial conglomerate to set up a financial leasing company that will offer financial supports to the general aviation industry.

So far the Park has attracted Chongqing General Aviation Industry Group,Pilatus of Switzerland,Enstrom Helicopter of USA,Civil Aviation Flight University of China (CAFUC) Chongqing General Aviation Training Company,and Chongqing Aviation Vocational School.With these two aircraft manufacturers,two training schools and five operating aircraft models,the Park has established the general aviation industry in Chongqing from scratch.By the end of 2014,approximately 10 billion RMB has been invested.It is expected to reach an annual capacity of producing 150 fixed-wing aircraft and 100 helicopters.Parts manufacturing and aviation talent training programs are also in place.

Supporting Chongqing’s goal of becoming the trailblazer in western China for general aviation,the Park will forge a high-end equipment manufacturing cluster and a modem system integrating aviation operation and services,which will give impetus to Liang Jiang New Area as an important advanced manufacturing and modem service base in inland China.
