Network has a considerable impact on English vocabulary， the network media is not only the spread of English information， also to a certain extent， affecting the composition of English vocabulary， creating a large number of network hot words and new words. The sustained appearance of a good deal of new words and expressions is the best manifestation of the development of the society， which has caused a mass of attention and concerns from all sectors of society.

leading research on neologisms and expressions can give particularly help in foreseeing the development of the language. Pronunciation and grammar are the relative stable factors in the progress of the language when vocabulary takes an active role in the changing of the language. In the progress of word development，many ways of word formation result in a great deal of neologisms and those neologisms put forward the prevailing and practical ways in building words.

Language is the carrier of culture and the cross-cultural communication needs the exact translation of the language. Being the latest demonstration of the cultural development，neologisms need translation into other languages in time. It is of great significance both in written and colloquial communication. China is eagerly to learn about the outside world and the world is expecting to cooperating with China. The necessary trend of interaction and cooperation is eager for language workers to build a stable and direct bridge connecting peoples who speaking different languages as well as work off the language barriers.

A great number of language workers are trying their efforts in the translation of neologisms when the appearance of some neologisms has caused great interest at all levels .Quite a deal of works related to the translation of the new words and the expressions have been published during the last several years. There are many dictionaries introducing Chinese and English new words and expressions，Such as《現(xiàn)代漢語新詞詞典》，《現(xiàn)代漢語新詞語詞典》，《20世紀(jì)新詞語詞典》，《新世紀(jì)英語新詞語雙解詞典》，The Macquarie Dictionary of New Words，The Oxford Dictionary of New Words and The New Words Revolution which have pooled plentiful examples of diverse aspects of life in recent years. Among them，《最新英語新詞語詞典》and《新世紀(jì)英語新詞語雙解詞典》provide detailed translations or： the new English words and expressions. As for the translation of Chinese new words and phrases《中國流行新詞語》，《漢英新詞語詞典》and《最新漢英詞語詞典》opened up the road by listing a great deal of popular examples and translating them into English. All the above works we mentioned have made brilliant contributions in the research of neologisms.

However，we can not give an comprehensive introduction of the Chinese neologisms as well as the translation， such as the integration of Chinese characters and English words in use. Different from the above-mentioned works，this paper presents a comprehensive study on neologisms and their translation. By studying lots of typical examples of Chinese neologisms，the paper categorizes neologisms， analyzes the practical main channels of creation of new words and terms， use of neologisms and introduces popular methods of translating neologisms.

In a word， for more than 20 years of reform and opening has been changing social life， new things appeared and new concept is formed. As a carrier ， language should take the role of loading naturally. So the new words reacting to new things and expressing new concept are springing up. They spread or death is not for mans will. Darwin had a famous saying “ Natural selection， The survival of the fittest”. This should be peoples right attitude towards Chinese Neologisms
