1-7月重慶實(shí)現(xiàn)外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口3379億同比增長48.4%

8月14日,重慶海關(guān)發(fā)布消息稱,今年1-7月,重慶市外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口總值3379.3億元,同比增長48.4%。其中,出口2165.6億元,增長37.4%;進(jìn)口1213.7億元,增長73.2%。

貿(mào)易構(gòu)成方面,1-7月重慶市加工貿(mào)易進(jìn)口值為581.7億元,增長了2.4倍；出口值為1456.2億元，增長了78.6%,加工貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口值占同期重慶市外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口總值的比重為60.3%。

主要進(jìn)出口商品方面,1-7月重慶市進(jìn)口機(jī)電產(chǎn)品625.3億元,增長23.3%。其中進(jìn)口集成電路221.1億元,增長11.6%;進(jìn)口自動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)處理設(shè)備及部件87億元,增長32.6%;進(jìn)口汽車零件70.9億元,增長69.5%;進(jìn)口自動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)處理設(shè)備零件68.7億元,增長2.8倍。

同期,出口機(jī)電產(chǎn)品1401.5億元,增長19.9%,占全市出口額的64.7%。其中,出口便攜式電腦3087.8萬臺(tái),增長23.3%,價(jià)值843.7億元,增長36.2%;出口摩托車213.7萬輛,價(jià)值62.2億元;出口打印機(jī)847.9萬臺(tái),價(jià)值59億元;出口汽車7.7萬輛,價(jià)值34億元;出口汽車零件29.1億元。

主要貿(mào)易伙伴方面,1-7月,重慶市對(duì)東盟進(jìn)出口631.2億元,增長49.8%;對(duì)歐盟進(jìn)出口511.4億元,增長11.3%;對(duì)美國進(jìn)出口429.3億元,增長18.4%;對(duì)韓國進(jìn)出口290.3億元,增長4倍。

大通道

“渝新歐”首趟進(jìn)口整車班列抵達(dá)重慶

從德國杜伊斯堡出發(fā)，滿載80輛進(jìn)口奔馳、寶馬、大眾汽車的“渝新歐”首趟原裝汽車整車進(jìn)口班列在運(yùn)行16天后，于8月30日順利抵達(dá)沙坪壩區(qū)團(tuán)結(jié)村鐵路集裝箱中心站。

此次首趟原裝進(jìn)口汽車整車班列有41個(gè)集裝箱，共搭載80輛進(jìn)口奔馳、寶馬、大眾等德系品牌汽車，整車班列于北京時(shí)間8月14日從德國的杜伊斯堡車站發(fā)出，經(jīng)波蘭、白俄羅斯、俄羅斯、哈薩克斯坦到中國阿拉山口最后于8月30日順利抵達(dá)我區(qū)土主鎮(zhèn)團(tuán)結(jié)村鐵路口岸，全程16天，比傳統(tǒng)的海運(yùn)節(jié)約30多天。

此次班列的成功開行，不僅是“渝新歐”首次運(yùn)載汽車從國外進(jìn)入中國境內(nèi)，也是重慶鐵路整車進(jìn)口口岸首次辦理進(jìn)口汽車通關(guān)手續(xù)，標(biāo)志著汽車有了新的進(jìn)口物流通道，意義重大。

據(jù)悉，自“渝新歐”班列開通以來，截至今年8月底，共開行了148班，貨運(yùn)量達(dá)12708標(biāo)箱，目前開行頻率穩(wěn)定在去程3班/周、回程3-4班/月。

“渝新俄”班列正式開通

9月2日，由重慶開往俄羅斯的固定公共班列正式開通。這是繼“渝新歐”國際鐵路聯(lián)運(yùn)大通道開行以來，首次以班列的形式直達(dá)俄羅斯。此后，重慶到俄羅斯公共班列將每周二固定常態(tài)化開行，并隨著貨流量增加，將適時(shí)增大固定公共班列的開行頻次。

據(jù)了解，此趟班列載有45個(gè)集裝箱，將到達(dá)俄羅斯的多個(gè)目的地，主要貨物由汽車配件、機(jī)械設(shè)備、輕工產(chǎn)品和服裝等組成，全程預(yù)計(jì)運(yùn)行時(shí)間14天，比傳統(tǒng)的水路要節(jié)約數(shù)十天，在環(huán)保和安全的基礎(chǔ)上，也增加了時(shí)效性。價(jià)格方面，由于節(jié)省了運(yùn)輸時(shí)間，“渝新俄”國際鐵路大通道也有助于提高企業(yè)資金周轉(zhuǎn)效率，所以綜合性價(jià)比更高。

“渝新俄”班列的開行，對(duì)將重慶打造為內(nèi)陸開放高地，具有積極意義。

兩江新區(qū)開放首個(gè)保稅延展平臺(tái)

8月1日，位于重慶市渝中區(qū)解放碑商圈環(huán)球金融中心的重慶保稅商品展示交易中心延展平臺(tái)正式對(duì)外開放。據(jù)了解，這是重慶保稅商品展示交易中心建立的第一個(gè)延展平臺(tái)，也是全國首個(gè)延展到主城商圈的保稅商品交易平臺(tái)。

保稅港區(qū)開發(fā)管理公司監(jiān)事長朱大倫說，全國各地的保稅港區(qū)一般都離主城商圈較遠(yuǎn)，通過在商圈內(nèi)設(shè)立延展平臺(tái)，一是可以擴(kuò)大保稅商品的展示作用，方便市民購買，二是國外的銷售商通過延展平臺(tái)也將擴(kuò)大在重慶乃至西部的銷售。據(jù)了解，重慶是全國惟一擁有“水港+空港”模式的保稅港區(qū)，區(qū)域內(nèi)的保稅商品展示交易中心經(jīng)營著超過4000種進(jìn)口商品，今年上半年實(shí)現(xiàn)交易額約5.38億美元。

據(jù)了解，進(jìn)口商品將在重慶保稅港區(qū)保稅倉庫集中倉儲(chǔ)，由保稅港區(qū)統(tǒng)一分撥配送至延展平臺(tái)；消費(fèi)者在延展平臺(tái)直購保稅商品、現(xiàn)場提貨，之后由商品經(jīng)營主體在規(guī)定期限內(nèi)向海關(guān)辦理報(bào)關(guān)完稅手續(xù)。“該模式將提高商品的通關(guān)效率，使得商家能更自由地選擇貨物進(jìn)出保稅港區(qū)的時(shí)間，同時(shí)也可以大大減少流通中間環(huán)節(jié)的消耗，讓市民享受到最大便利?！敝齑髠愓f。

上半年重慶保稅港區(qū)吸引45家保稅貿(mào)易企業(yè)落戶

8月11日,記者從兩江新區(qū)獲悉,我市最為重要的開放平臺(tái)——重慶保稅港區(qū)今年上半年吸引了45家保稅貿(mào)易企業(yè)落戶,其著力打造的跨境電子商務(wù),亦成為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的新亮點(diǎn)。

據(jù)保稅港相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人介紹,上半年,保稅港區(qū)已生產(chǎn)筆記本電腦1241萬臺(tái),同比增長37%。黃金加工產(chǎn)業(yè)同樣表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異,目前已引進(jìn)7家黃金加工企業(yè),建成投產(chǎn)4家,實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)產(chǎn)值306億元。

在保稅貿(mào)易方面,保稅港區(qū)新增引進(jìn)保稅貿(mào)易類企業(yè)45家,經(jīng)營4300余種進(jìn)口商品,已實(shí)現(xiàn)交易額約5.38億美元。在跨境電商的建設(shè)上,“愛購保稅”網(wǎng)站已于6月1日正式上線運(yùn)行,目前已成交約1200單,成交額137萬元。

該負(fù)責(zé)人介紹,目前保稅港區(qū)內(nèi)的物流倉儲(chǔ)企業(yè)入駐已達(dá)110家,實(shí)現(xiàn)營業(yè)收入33.79億元,澳大利亞嘉民項(xiàng)目基本完成二次招商工作,菜鳥網(wǎng)絡(luò)項(xiàng)目已于6月18日開工建設(shè),普洛斯項(xiàng)目一期已完成土地招拍掛工作,這些項(xiàng)目的相繼建設(shè)及投入使用,將提升保稅港區(qū)物流中心的檔次與影響力。

據(jù)悉,下半年保稅港區(qū)將進(jìn)一步加快保稅加工、保稅貿(mào)易和保稅物流集群發(fā)展步伐,爭取全年工業(yè)產(chǎn)值突破1000億元,筆電產(chǎn)量突破2800萬臺(tái)。同時(shí),保稅港區(qū)也將進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)跨境電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,加大“愛購保稅”及平臺(tái)宣傳力度,做好物流、通關(guān)配套服務(wù),讓跨境電商快速放量。

“中國進(jìn)口食品城”項(xiàng)目正式落戶重慶保稅港區(qū)

8月14日,中國進(jìn)口食品城項(xiàng)目已于日前正式落戶重慶保稅港區(qū)。

“重慶·中國進(jìn)口食品城”項(xiàng)目體一共7層,將根據(jù)進(jìn)口食品消費(fèi)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行業(yè)態(tài)分布,以批發(fā)為主,兼營零售。同時(shí),每類產(chǎn)品區(qū)將設(shè)置體驗(yàn)區(qū),并在重慶首創(chuàng)4A級(jí)旅游購物型商場,打造專業(yè)旅游線路,目標(biāo)是建成重慶乃至西部地區(qū)唯一的進(jìn)口食品采購體驗(yàn)中心。

該項(xiàng)目通過減少銷售層級(jí)的分銷渠道,可實(shí)現(xiàn)食品生產(chǎn)商與終端消費(fèi)者暢通對(duì)接,為廣大消費(fèi)者帶來全世界保真、保質(zhì)、價(jià)廉、地道的世界美味。

中國進(jìn)口食品城是由普泰(香港)集團(tuán)有限公司投資50億元打造的進(jìn)口食品產(chǎn)業(yè)品牌。在過去的兩年里,該項(xiàng)目已組織知名招商團(tuán)隊(duì),在全球20多個(gè)國家進(jìn)行了招商巡展。目前,已有2000多家客戶遞交了入駐申請(qǐng)。

From January to July, Chongqing’s foreign trade import and export volume reaches RMB 337.9 billion, an increase of 48.4% year on year.

On August 14, Chongqing Customs announced that from January to July this year, Chongqing’s foreign trade import and export volume reaches RMB 337.93 billion, an increase of 48.4% year on year, among which export volume is RMB 216.56 billion, an increase of 37.4% and import volume is RMB 121.37 billion, an increase of 73.2%.

As for foreign trade composition, from January to July, Chongqing’s processing trade import value is RMB 58.17 billion, an increase of 2.4 times, while the export value is RMB 145.62 billion, an increase of 78.6%. The processing trade import and export value accounts for 60.3% of Chongqing’s total foreign trade import and export value in the corresponding period.

As for import and export commodities, from January to July, Chongqing imports RMB 62.53 billion mechanical and electrical products, an increase of 23.3%, among which integrated circuit stands at RMB 22.11 billion, an increase of 11.6%, and automatic data processing equipment and parts amount to RMB 8.7 billion, an increase of 32.6%, while imported car parts total RMB 7.09 billion, an increase of 69.5% and automatic data processing equipment parts reaches RMB 6.87 billion, an increase of 2.8 times.

During the same period, Chongqing exports RMB 140.15 billion mechanical and electrical products, an increase of 19.9%, accounting 64.7% of the total export volume of the city, among which 30.878 million laptops worth RMB 84.37 billion were exported, an increase of 23.3% and 36.2%; and 2.137 million motorcycles worth RMB 6.22 billion, 8.479 million printers worth RMB 5.9 billion, 77,000 cars worth RMB 3.4 billion, and car parts worth RMB 2.91 billion were exported.

As for major trading partners, from January to July, Chongqing imports and exports to ASEAN amounted to RMB 63.12 billion, an increase of 49.8%; Chongqing imports and exports to EU amounted to RMB 51.14 billion, an increase of 11.3%; Chongqing imports and exports to America amounted to RMB 42.93 billion, an increase of 18.4%; Chongqing imports and exports to South Korea amounted to RMB 29.03 billion, an increase of four times.

The first “Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe” Car Import Block Train Arrived at Chongqing

After 16 days, departing from Duisburg, Germany, the first car import block train, carrying 80 imported Mercedes Benz, BMW and Volkswagen cars, arrived at the railway container center station, Tuanjie Village, Shapingba District.

On August 14, with 80 imported Mercedes Benz, BMW, Volkswagen and other German cars, the fi rst car import block train carried 41 containers and departed from Duisburg, Germany and arrived at Tuanjie Village Railway Port, Tuzhu Town, Shapingba District on August 30 passing through Poland, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan and Alataw Pass in China. The whole journey took 16 days, saving over 30 days comparing with traditional sea transportation.

The successful operation of this block train, not only the first block train carrying cars from abroad to China but also the first customs clearance procedure of imported cars handled by Chongqing Railway Car Import Port, marks a new import logistics channel for imported cars with great signi fi cance.

It is reported that since the operation of“Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe” block train, by the end of August this year, 148 trains have run and cargo volume reaches 12,708 TEUs. Now there are three trains a week going to Europe and three to four trains a month coming back.

“Chongqing-Xinjiang-Russia”Train Of fi cially Runs

On September 2, the regular public block train departed from Chongqing to Russia (Chongqing-Xinjiang-Russia Train). Since the opening of the International Joint Railway Transportation Channel of Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe, the block train reaches Russia from China mainland for the first time. After that, the public block train from Chongqing to Russia will run regularly every Tuesday and perhaps more frequently in the future as the cargo volume adds up.

Carrying 45 containers with car parts, mechanical equipment, light industrial products and garments, this block train will reach every destination in Russia. It is predicted that the whole journey will take 14 days, saving tens of days than traditional waterway. Transporting cargo through this line is greener, safer quicker and less expensive. The international railway transportation channel of “Chongqing-Xinjiang-Russia” also helps enterprises enhance ef fi ciency in capital turnover so it is more cost-effective.

The First Extended Bonded Platform in Liangjiang New Area

On the morning of August 1, the extended bonded platform of Chongqing Bonded Commodity Exhibition Trading Center was of fi cially opened in World Financial Center, Jiefangbei, Yuzhong District of Chongqing. It is learnt that this is the fi rst extended bonded platform established by Chongqing Bonded Commodity Exhibition Trading Center and also the first bonded commodity trade platform extending to city proper throughout the country.

Zhu Dalun, supervisor of Bonded Port Development Management Company, said that bonded ports across the country are often located far away from the city proper. Extended platforms in business district can enhance the exhibition effect of the bonded commodity for convenient purchase. Besides, foreign retailers can increase sales in Chongqing and even the western part of China through extend bonded platform. Chongqing has the unique bonded port which serves both the function of “water port and airport”. The Bonded Commodity Exhibition Trading Center sells more than 4000 categories of imported commodities and trading volume is about USD 538 million in the fi rst half of the year.

It is learnt that all imported commodities will be stored in the bonded warehouse of Chongqing Bonded Port and then uniformly be distributed to extend bonded platform. In addition, consumers can directly purchase bonded commodities and pick them up in extended bonded platform and then commodity operation entities apply for customs and taxation procedures to Chongqing Customs within the stipulated time. “This mode will increase clearance ef fi ciency of commodities, and enable merchants to freely choose the time when goods enter and leave the bonded port as well as reduce circulation steps and give citizens the maximum convenience.” Zhu Dalun said.

Chongqing Bonded Port Attracts 45 Bonded Traders in the First Half of the Year

On August 11, it is learnt from Liangjiang New Area t that Chongqing Bonded Port, the most important open platform in the city, attracts 45 bonded traders in the fi rst half the year. The highlighted trans-boundary E-commerce has become a new shining point of economic growth.

According to an of fi cial of the bonded port, in the fi rst half of the year, the port has produced 12.41 million laptops, an increase of 37% year on year. Gold processing industry also has outstanding performance. The bonded port has introduced 7 gold processing enterprises and there are 4 enterprises have been constructed and put into operation, achieving a total industrial output value of RMB 30.6 billion.

As for bonded trade, the bonded port has newly ushered in 45 bonded trade enterprises, selling over 4300 categories of imported commodities, and achieving trading volume of USD 538 million. With respect to construction of trans-boundary E-commerce, “IGETMALL.NET” has been launched on June 1, whose trading volume is about 1200 deals and RMB 1.37 million so far.

This of fi cial also said that now there are 110 logistics storage enterprises settled in bonded port, achieving revenue of RMB 3.379 billion. The project of Australian enterprise Goodman has basically completed its second investment, and Cainiao network project started to build on June 18 while the Phase-I project of Prologis has fi nished land bidding, auctioning and listing. All these projects will increase the level and in fl uence of the logistic center of bonded port.

It is learnt that in the next half year, bonded port will speed up the development of bonded processing, bonded trading and bonded logistics clusters and strive to achieve an annual industrial output of RMB 100 billion and a laptop production of 28 million. Meanwhile, boned port will promote the development of trans-boundary E-commerce and reinforce the publicity of “IGETMALL.NET” and platform. Moreover, logistics, clearance and other supporting services will be completed so as to unleash more transactions in the trans-boundary E-commerce.

“China Import Food Mall” Of fi cially Settles in Chongqing Bonded Port

On August 14, it is learnt from Liangjiang New Area that “China Import Food Mall”of fi cially settles in Chongqing bonded port.

The “China Import Food Mall (Chongqing)” building has 7 stories and will be laid out according to consumption characteristic of imported food. And the mall will primarily wholesale but also retail. Meanwhile, an experience zone will be set up in each category product pavilion. Moreover, a first 4A-class tourism and shopping mall and specialized tourism routes will be mapped out so as to build the project as the only imported food procurement and experience center in Chongqing even in the Western China.

This project will reduce distribution channels on sales level and can enable food producers to connect with end users smoothly as well as can present genuine, quality, affordable and authentic delicacies from the world to local customers.
