2013年度涉僑基金會(huì)工作會(huì)議在重慶召開

2013年12月27日，2013年度涉僑基金會(huì)工作會(huì)議在重慶市召開。國(guó)務(wù)院僑務(wù)辦公室國(guó)內(nèi)司司長(zhǎng)許玉明、副司長(zhǎng)王萍，重慶市外事僑務(wù)辦公室副主任陳高山、楊大慶，以及來(lái)自13家涉僑基金會(huì)的代表出席了會(huì)議。

會(huì)上，許玉明向與會(huì)代表致歡迎辭，介紹了2013年國(guó)僑辦協(xié)助僑胞捐贈(zèng)國(guó)內(nèi)公益慈善事業(yè)，開展“僑愛(ài)工程”，以及積極履行工作職責(zé)，為僑胞、涉僑基金會(huì)服務(wù)的主要情況，深入分析了當(dāng)前基金會(huì)的總體情況、基金會(huì)登記管理制度的改革方向，并對(duì)新形勢(shì)下基金會(huì)的發(fā)展提出了希望和建議。各參會(huì)代表分別介紹了2013年在國(guó)內(nèi)開展公益慈善事業(yè)活動(dòng)的基本情況，交流了2014年主要工作設(shè)想。

近年來(lái)，國(guó)僑辦每年召開涉僑基金會(huì)工作會(huì)議，為涉僑基金會(huì)搭建增進(jìn)交流、促進(jìn)合作的平臺(tái)，引導(dǎo)其發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì)、服務(wù)大局，支持公益慈善事業(yè)發(fā)展，取得了良好成效。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，自直轄以來(lái)，重慶市僑務(wù)系統(tǒng)接受僑界愛(ài)心人士捐贈(zèng)款物折合人民幣3億多元，為促進(jìn)我市公益事業(yè)發(fā)展發(fā)揮了重要作用。在參加會(huì)議的13家基金會(huì)中，有3家與重慶保持長(zhǎng)期合作聯(lián)系，在渝捐贈(zèng)項(xiàng)目近100個(gè)，主要涉及鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)學(xué)校、衛(wèi)生院、村級(jí)道路建設(shè)和貧困大學(xué)生資助等。此次涉僑基金會(huì)年度工作會(huì)議在渝召開，必將進(jìn)一步引導(dǎo)海外僑胞積極參與重慶市慈善事業(yè)，支持貧困地區(qū)教育、衛(wèi)生和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。

Xu YuMing introduced the overall situation of National Overseas Chinese A ffairs Of fi ce assisted overseas Chinese in charity industry in 2013, developing "Chinese love project", and actively carrying out work responsibilities, serving the foundation for overseas Chinese, deeply analyzed the current registration systeMreforMunder the new situation and gave recommendations.All participants introduced public charities activities carried out in the country's basic situation in 2013and exchanged main working assumption of 2014.
