Zhou Quanrui was born in Beijing in 1948 and now he is a member of Beijing Calligraphers Association. In the 1960s， he learned from Zhuo Xiwen to study calligraphy and seal cutting and then he was instructed by famous masters Liu Boqin， Ning Fucheng and Dun Lifu， which helped him lay a solid foundation. During the cultural revolution， he suffered much misery and never gave up his hobbies of calligraphy. He devoted himself to the calligraphy and seal cutting for 50 years and created plenty of masterpieces. Some of his artworks have been collected by domestic and overseas collectors.

周泉瑞，1948年出生于北京。北京書法家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員。60年代初在匯文中學(xué)讀書時(shí)，師從周希文先生學(xué)習(xí)書法篆刻，并請(qǐng)益于劉博琴、寧斧成、頓立夫諸先生。蒙寧斧成先生指授，臨摹漢印、漢碑，打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。后在“文革”中雖飽受顛沛坎坷之苦，書法篆刻之愛好亦未曾間輟。作品部分被海內(nèi)外藏家收藏。50年來，為友人、書畫家及各界人士治印數(shù)千方。2006年秋在北京中山公園舉辦書法篆刻個(gè)人展，其藝術(shù)水平受到社會(huì)各界認(rèn)可。多年來，刻苦鉆研，力求在繼承傳統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上博取眾長，有所創(chuàng)新。著名書法家、書法評(píng)論家王玉池教授曾評(píng)價(jià)：“泉瑞先生自幼學(xué)習(xí)書法篆刻，現(xiàn)已有50余年。他‘印宗秦漢’，并向當(dāng)代各家學(xué)習(xí)，已形成了自己的獨(dú)特風(fēng)格。其書法亦得金文、漢隸真?zhèn)?，在?dāng)代書家中亦不多見?！?/p>
