【Abstract】Fake fur， also called fun fur or faux fur， is any material made of synthetic fibers designed to substitute for fur， normally as part of a piece of clothing. Fake fur is a type of textile fabric fashioned to simulate genuine animal fur. It is known as a pile fabric and is typically made from polymeric fibers that are processed， dyed， and cut to match a specific fur texture and color.

4. Fake fur as an ornamental element to blend in the designs

To stimulate and substitute for real fur， fake fur also inherites these external characteristics of real fur. So it can easily make people accept this substitution. These delicate fake fur has the luxury effect and is so similar to real fur that we can’t even tell if it is fake fur or real fur. They are so similar that it can make people have a strong impression that fake fur is the best substitution for real fur.
