摘要:“信息鴻溝”是制約中西部貧困山區(qū)趕超式發(fā)展的瓶頸,而供需協(xié)同短缺則是導(dǎo)致“信息鴻溝”的癥結(jié)。從中西部貧困山區(qū)農(nóng)村信息化市場(chǎng)考察著手,對(duì)有效供給不足、有效需求不足的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境進(jìn)行了剖析?;谥形鞑控毨絽^(qū)的實(shí)際提出了強(qiáng)化供方激勵(lì)、提升農(nóng)戶需求意愿、培育中間服務(wù)主體、將大學(xué)生“村官”培養(yǎng)成農(nóng)村信息化生力軍、發(fā)揮第三方典型示范等一攬子促進(jìn)供需協(xié)同的針對(duì)性建議。

Analysis of Countryside Informatization Supply and Demand Collaborative in the Midwest Poor Mountainous Areas

Abstract:“Information gap” is the bottleneck which restricts economic take-off in the midwest poor mountainous areas, and the shortage of informatization supply and demand collaborative is the crux which leads to the “information gap”. This article first studied the countryside informatization market in the midwest poor mountainous areas, then deeply analyzed the dilemma of both supply and demand shortage. Finally, from the perspective for supply and demand collaborative, the article suggested we could accelerate the development of countryside informatization in the midwest poor mountainous areas by means of increasing the suppliers incentive and famers desire, fostering intermediate service principal, changing the college-educated village officials into new force, and playing the role of the third partys model demonstration.
