鄉(xiāng)村的夜晚亮了

鄉(xiāng)村也有舞臺(tái)了!山野的風(fēng)奔走相告，把消息傳遍一草一木。綠意盈盈的夢(mèng)破殼而出，殷實(shí)起來(lái)的日子，有了自己的歌聲和舞姿。

擺弄柴米油鹽的手，采摘茶葉彎曲的腰，剛洗盡泥土換上平跟鞋的腳啊，在瓦亮瓦亮的燈光下，卸下羞澀，以另一種姿勢(shì)抒情。

高枧鄉(xiāng)是臺(tái)州三門(mén)縣鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)發(fā)展最早的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)之一。經(jīng)濟(jì)富裕了，但文化生活一直沒(méi)跟上。特別是一到晚上，村民們不是聚眾打麻將玩撲克，就是聚在一起喝酒聊天?！叭绻覀兿癯抢锶四菢樱约航M織個(gè)歌唱團(tuán)、舞蹈隊(duì)，每天晚上一起來(lái)唱唱跳跳，自?shī)首詷?lè)怎么樣?”鄭躍的想法立即得到同樣喜愛(ài)文藝的鄭尚其、鄭建華的積極響應(yīng)。

2009年初，由鄭躍、鄭尚其、鄭建華三人組織并發(fā)起的“藝術(shù)團(tuán)”，正式拉開(kāi)了序幕。

鄭躍經(jīng)營(yíng)的商店門(mén)口，是一條寬約五六米的人行道，不遠(yuǎn)處就是鄉(xiāng)里的一個(gè)大花壇。他們自掏腰包花了1萬(wàn)多元，買(mǎi)來(lái)音響、話筒和電視機(jī)放在屋檐下，開(kāi)始擺地?cái)傉覙?lè)子。

“因?yàn)榛顒?dòng)場(chǎng)所在鄉(xiāng)里的中心花壇邊，盛夏的時(shí)候，來(lái)乘涼的群眾很多。最先是我們自己幾個(gè)人唱，然后家里人也來(lái)一起娛樂(lè)，再接下來(lái)是周邊廠里和村里的人也來(lái)唱，越來(lái)越多的人參與進(jìn)來(lái)，一些婦女還自發(fā)在旁邊跳起了排舞?！编嵻S比劃著給我們講起了高枧鄉(xiāng)草根大舞臺(tái)的發(fā)展史。

“‘自由唱’‘練地?cái)偂菀捉M織，但不是長(zhǎng)久之計(jì)。在表演中娛樂(lè)，更要在娛樂(lè)中享受，我們要有一個(gè)像樣的大舞臺(tái)?！眻F(tuán)長(zhǎng)鄭尚其經(jīng)營(yíng)著一家企業(yè)，但他對(duì)草根大舞臺(tái)投入的精力比企業(yè)還多?！爸灰写笮脱莩?，我們都會(huì)把工廠的事情先放一下，或交代給其他人處理?！?/p>

2010年7月，在鄭尚其的號(hào)召下，該鄉(xiāng)20多名愛(ài)好文藝的辦廠經(jīng)商能人陸續(xù)加入到“草根大舞臺(tái)”民間業(yè)余藝術(shù)團(tuán)當(dāng)中。根據(jù)需要，他們自費(fèi)采購(gòu)了音響、燈光設(shè)備、服裝、道具等，并在高枧中心花壇上搭建了一個(gè)60平方米的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)大舞臺(tái)?！暗侥壳拔覀儍H購(gòu)買(mǎi)設(shè)備就花了30多萬(wàn)元?！?/p>

現(xiàn)在，這個(gè)舞臺(tái)已經(jīng)成了高枧鄉(xiāng)老百姓心目中的“星光大道”。每逢集市日的晚上，這里樂(lè)聲蕩漾、人流如織，群眾可以隨時(shí)自編自導(dǎo)自演“土戲”，登臺(tái)演出過(guò)的群眾多達(dá)幾千人次，周邊20多個(gè)村的村民都會(huì)來(lái)觀看。

不為其他，就是喜歡

設(shè)備有了，節(jié)目怎么編排呢?

鄭士美是當(dāng)?shù)匾患移髽I(yè)的負(fù)責(zé)人，也是團(tuán)里兩大編導(dǎo)之一。他介紹，節(jié)目編排都是一步步摸索著來(lái)的。每場(chǎng)都錄了像，每次演出完了都會(huì)點(diǎn)評(píng)節(jié)目?！拔覀冞€有一些群眾評(píng)委，經(jīng)常給我們提意見(jiàn)和建議。”團(tuán)里另一個(gè)編導(dǎo)就是鄭建華，只要靈感來(lái)了，鄭建華編起節(jié)目來(lái)不分時(shí)間。有一次在昆明出差，半夜睡不著的他當(dāng)晚就編好了一部《相親》小品?！拔覀冇行┠昙o(jì)大點(diǎn)的團(tuán)友，不識(shí)字，但文藝細(xì)胞挺足。只要把節(jié)目想要傳遞的意思告訴他們，過(guò)幾天保準(zhǔn)能給你一個(gè)驚喜。”

“上次那個(gè)節(jié)目《酒駕》，用我們老百姓的身邊事來(lái)闡述‘開(kāi)車(chē)不喝酒，喝酒不開(kāi)車(chē)’的規(guī)矩。重陽(yáng)節(jié)演出的自編小品《和諧家庭》，既樂(lè)了觀眾，也很好地宣傳了農(nóng)村家庭敬老愛(ài)幼美德，群眾反映非常好?！贝迕襦嵤糠e說(shuō)。

負(fù)責(zé)燈光的鄭尚樓，同樣自家有工廠，之前沒(méi)這方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)的他，每次演出時(shí)，都在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀摩。“我主要是看燈光效果，哪個(gè)節(jié)目、哪個(gè)時(shí)段的燈光要亮、要暗或變化要多，看多了，心里就有底了。”

“這，是咱老百姓的舞臺(tái)?！蓖頃?huì)的節(jié)目主持人、村民鄭喜紅談起參與活動(dòng)的感受時(shí)說(shuō)。鄭喜紅一家子都參與藝術(shù)團(tuán)的活動(dòng)。她是主持人，公公負(fù)責(zé)服裝，老公當(dāng)司機(jī)，孩子沒(méi)人帶，演出時(shí)帶著，有時(shí)也上臺(tái)露一手。自家有工廠，遇到演出就停工?！拔覀兒眯﹫F(tuán)友都有廠子或其他工作，演出多了，難免有影響。我們都堅(jiān)持著，不圖啥，純是喜歡唄?！?/p>

鄉(xiāng)土文化登上特色舞臺(tái)

年輕人上臺(tái)了，上了歲數(shù)的大媽也不示弱，動(dòng)作可以笨拙，熱情不肯讓步。溪水興奮起來(lái)，香樟樹(shù)興奮起來(lái)，而月光故意不動(dòng)聲色，鄉(xiāng)村舞臺(tái)，以此為背景，棲息最淳樸的幸福。

舞臺(tái)建起來(lái)了，節(jié)目豐富了，演員和觀眾也多起來(lái)了。但鄭尚其總還覺(jué)得缺了些什么?！艾F(xiàn)在是業(yè)余文藝展現(xiàn)的舞臺(tái)，我們能不能把它變?yōu)橥诰蚝团嘤l(xiāng)土特色文化的平臺(tái)?”鄭尚其反復(fù)思索后找到了答案:“我們就是要通過(guò)這個(gè)平臺(tái)，增進(jìn)鄰里鄉(xiāng)親的感情互動(dòng)，豐富老百姓自己的文化生活?！?/p>

自成立那天起，高枧草根大舞臺(tái)始終把廣大群眾作為直接服務(wù)對(duì)象和群體，利用閑暇時(shí)間排練一些本土傳統(tǒng)劇目、改編劇目或以農(nóng)民身邊事、身邊人為體裁新編創(chuàng)作劇目，在節(jié)慶日、春節(jié)等假日，到本鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、鄰鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的村子演出。

2011年，鄉(xiāng)里先后舉辦了“2011年元旦文藝演出”“慶祝建黨90周年紅歌會(huì)”“2011高枧鄉(xiāng)‘迎國(guó)慶迎重陽(yáng)文藝晚會(huì)’”等文藝演出;與農(nóng)村集市日相結(jié)合，在每月逢農(nóng)歷三、八集市日在大舞臺(tái)舉辦各種類(lèi)型的小型演出，長(zhǎng)年累月，雷打不動(dòng);小品《和諧家庭》《有錢(qián)存銀行》、三句半《農(nóng)村大變化》《計(jì)劃生育就是好》等，以團(tuán)結(jié)鄰里、遵紀(jì)守法、熱愛(ài)家鄉(xiāng)、熱愛(ài)祖國(guó)、倡導(dǎo)社會(huì)和諧等為主題，再加上以方言表演，既喜聞樂(lè)見(jiàn)又無(wú)比親切，深受群眾喜愛(ài)。

以前只會(huì)低頭勞作的鄉(xiāng)親們，放開(kāi)了手腳，在大地的胸膛上，用心靈舞蹈。他們醉心于熱氣騰騰的生活，他們?cè)谧约旱奈枧_(tái)上演繹春光。

讓時(shí)光發(fā)芽，不僅靠勤勞的手，愛(ài)有多重，呼吸就有多輕。這樣的夜晚是寧?kù)o小村別樣的慶典，這樣的夜晚是現(xiàn)代鄉(xiāng)村的第二種寫(xiě)意。物質(zhì)富裕，精神富有，這不正是美好的幸福生活圖景嗎?

Rural Residents Find Fun on Grassroots Stage

Gaojian Town is one of the earliest industrialized regions in Sanmen County in southern Zhejiang when village and town factories mushroomed in the early years of the reform starting in the late 1970s. For a long while， entertainment events were far and few between in Gaojian. People drank， played mahjong and cards in their spare time. The only two recreational choices had unpleasant downsides: You lose money if you gamble; you get into trouble if you get drunk.

The idea of organizing some local recreations first occurred to Zheng Yue， a shopkeeper in Gaojian. He talked with Zheng Shangqi and Zheng Jianhua about his idea. The three saw eye to eye. Excited， they decided to take action.

In the early 2009， they set up a so-called “art troupe.” In front of Zheng Yue’s shop is a walkway about 5 to 6 meters wide and nearby is a large public square with flowers in the center. They chipped in and spent about 10，000 on acoustics， mikes， and a television set and turned them into a Karaoke system. They set up the system outside the shop and began to entertain themselves one evening. Their singing attracted crowds. Their family members came to sing. When the news that they sang regularly spread to neighboring villages and factories， more people came to sing and enjoy watching and listening. Some women who had done their evening line dance somewhere moved their dance venue nearby to enjoy the fun atmosphere.

After the first wave of excitement， the three founders of the art troupe thought they needed to expand and hold regular events. Zheng Shangqi talked with other entrepreneurs in the town and they responded enthusiastically. They decided to build a “Grassroots Stage” at the town square. They chipped in again. A 60-m2 steel-structure stage was set up at the square. They bought an acoustic system， lighting devices， costumes， and props.

The stage has evolved into an entertainment/recreation center for Gaojian Town and neighboring villages. There is a show in the evening when a market day ends， that is， there are about 6 regular evening shows per month， as a market day takes place every five days， a tradition that goes back to centuries in Gaojian Town.

The art troupe has become the major entertainer in town. These grassroots entertainers never lack inspiration for creating shows. Some old-age performers， though with little formal school education， are creative stage artists. You give them an idea and a few days later， they come up with a complete show: a good storyline， characters， lines.

The members of the troupe， though not making a cent out of shows， put in more than their money. When a big show comes up， they sometimes close their businesses for an evening.

Zheng Xihong， a villager， emcees regular shows on market evenings. She goes all out for her role. Her father-in-law is in charge of her wardrobe; her husband drives her to and from the stage; her son tags along to be with the parents. None of the members of the art troupe gets paid for participating， but they are willing and they pay their time and money to be part of shows， as they think every minute is fun.

They have learned fast. Zheng Shanglou is in charge of controlling stage lighting. A factory owner， he did not have any experience of stage lighting. He learned through watching shows put up by other lighting controllers.

The troupe has created quite a few shows. Its repertoire includes old-time plays as well as new programs. Moreover， the troupe tours neighboring villages in important festivals such as New Year’s Day and Spring Festival. The shows， entertaining， also aim to promote community and family harmony， uphold patriotism， civility and value. Performers speak the local dialect so that messages can well spread and sink in better.

Local residents are enthusiastic performers too. The stage in Gaojian Town is also theirs. Anyone who has a show can put it on at the stage. Thousands of grassroots enthusiasts have performed on the stage. Audiences cheer and come back to watch， because these shows are their stories， their voices， their sentiments， their entertainment， and their fun.
