Xu Jialin was born in Guiyang city，Guizhou province in 1941. He graduated fromthe arts department of Guizhou University withthe major of Chinese painting in 1965. Helearned from some famous artists， such asSong Lingke， Wang Yufu， and MengGuangtao. He is a member of ChinaCalligraphers Association and a national seniorpainter. He is skilled in Chinese landscapepainting and fine brush work color painting.He used to attend the 4th， 5th and 7th nationalartwork exhibitions. Besides， he has publishedthe Xu Jialin Album.
