Abstract : in business negotiations， whe- ther strategies are employed and how well they are applied directly influence the result. This paper aims at analyzing the application of mili- tar3， strategies in practical business negotiations by providing both successful and unsuccessful examples. Therefore， negotiators can accumu- late experience and smnmarize lessons， in order to better apply military strategies to business negotiations in the future.
