“Broken ice veins pottery”， the craftsmanship that was lost morethan 1000 years ago， is a treasure of Ge kiln of Longquan green pottery.After five years' research， Ye Xiaochun， an artist specializing in Chinesepottery craftsmanship and research on Longquan green pottery embryo，glaze and water prescription for many years， made this treasure potteryto regain its glamour in 2001. In the same year， “broken ice veinswashbasin” and “broken ice veins bowl” won the silver prize in theThird Expo of Chinese Excellent Handiworks and silver prize in theFirst Expo of Zhejiang Provincial Excellent Folk Hand Worksrespectively. In 2002， “broken ice veins washbasin with folded brim”was housed by the Purple Light Pavilion of Zhongnanhai.
