Dong Congmin was born in 1967. He graduated from the department of fine artsof Inner Mongolia Normal University in 1992. And now， he is an associate professorof his Alma Mater， and a member of Inner Mongolia Artists Association. His work，the Edge of City， awarded the 3rd “Chinese Oil Painting Art Prize”.
