Zeng Qingfu， also named Zhu Shi， was born in 1957. Hisnative place is Wufeng Tujiazu Nationality Autonomous Countyof Hubei province. He is the chief of Wufeng Bureau of Radio，F(xiàn)ilm and Television. And also， he is a member of China Hard PenCalligraphy Association， the vice chairman of YichangCalligraphers Association， the chairman of Yichang Hard PenCalligraphers Association， and so on. He has published manybooks and papers these years， and held his solo calligraphyexhibition in 2009.
